“Never buy from Kaga Optics. Avoid at all costs.
Bought 2 pairs of prescription cycling glasses from them. The plastic inserts which carry the prescription lenses are prone to crack. I have gone through 6 inserts within the year.
They acknowledge that the inserts are defective. After 5 months of patiently waiting, they have shown no real intent to resolve this. I have rejected the goods for not being of 'satisfactory quality' & 'not fit for purpose'. They lack basic knowledge of Consumer Law & have denied me of my Consumer Rights for a refund. I have reported them to Trading Standards. I have no other choice but to take them to the Small Claims Court.”
