“Ordered within the specified shipping time frame to recieve my item with enough time for an event. Noticed that my item was not shipped and contacted customer service who was incredibly helpful and kind. However, upon receiving the item I noticed a few things. One, it is for a very large sized head. I appreciate the included foam inserts to resize but it was unfortunately not enough foam to fit my head. Secondly, the edges of the hat on the brim and other raised areas remain tacky and collect dust, hair, etc. which is not the quality I expect when paying a couple hundred dollars for a hat.”
