Delivery was good, but I did pay extra for quick delivery. Sadly none of the dresses worked for me so returned them - that was 2 weeks ago and no sign of my refund. I will be thinking twice before buying from them again.

They don’t offer exchanges and charge you £2 for a return (when you’ve already paid £5 for delivery)
Though this was an odd system for an online offering personally but I went along with it as I really wanted the shoes.

Delivery fee were charged for $35!!!
I have been told the refund will still take another 30days and of course they won’t refund delivery fee.

I am happy with the quality of the items I ordered but having having no free delivery options regardless of what you spend is unfair.
You also don't get free returns if you want a refund or an exchange! They take an additional £2 as a return fee and don't refund you the £4.99 delivery cost even for an exchange.

There was an attempted delivery on the 13th (during working hours, we were not home), more importantly no communication via email that there will be an attempted delivery! So that I work around it or make sure to write them a note to leave with concierge (like ALL other courriers do!), so I followed up with KM on what happened with the parcel, they were clueless, the only sent me the tracking link and said to wait! NO solution offered (incident 1), I then found a way to write a note on the delivery link to leave with concierge and also pick June 15 as delivery day.

My parcel was left outside my home. They claimed they delivered it. But it was to a gas box instead. Now it's missing. I have not received it. All my complaints are to a Bot. Bots questions and Not replies. Bad delivery service.

Same as above. I am unable to use the portal that doesn’t work: they have no customer service phone number: email takes 72 hours to respond : chat also takes time. They lied about delivery date. I will still try to return as the dress doesn’t work for me but I will NEVER ORDER FROM Karen Millen AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
