Same as above. I am unable to use the portal that doesn’t work: they have no customer service phone number: email takes 72 hours to respond : chat also takes time. They lied about delivery date. I will still try to return as the dress doesn’t work for me but I will NEVER ORDER FROM Karen Millen AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

bad customer services, wanted to return faulty item and claim delivery after they received the item back, too much, send photo proof, so did, can't see not clearly enough, sent again, in the end told them where to go

You have to make sure that each item is in separate bags (even if they cane in one bag) then you have to pay an arbitrary £2 per order returned even though you’ve paid the delivery fee upfront.

I will take this further!!! The day after returning the 12s, I ordered a 14 via PayPal however it arrived LATE despite me choosing and paying for Premier next day delivery!! I will also be returning the 14 dress as its no use to me now, and out of principle will NEVER order from this awful retailer.
