Absolutely diabolical returns process , the worst customer services I have ever had the misfortune to deal with , as a big company they should be ashamed , still waiting for my refund even though they say it’s been processed and working it’s way through the system , no ability to speak to an actual human being , they should be taken to task by trading standards at the very least . Will never ever order from them again !

They do not provide refunds when you return according to their return process. Shocking customer service all automated. I will never purchase from them again

After the badly informed media statement from karen millen herself without any background research and then to attempt to rectify with such a poor apology I would never buy anything feom Karen Millen again.

I too have experienced long delays in the refund process. Refunds do eventually arrive but they take much longer than any other company I’ve bought from . I am no longer going to order from Karen Millen

Still waiting for a refund after nearly four weeks - followed the correct procedure to return the item - it has been received and acknowledged - however, no refund into my account despite stating it has been processed. Contacted them but standard response - would not purchase again !

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star!! I have been waiting for a refund for over a month now. I keep getting the same generic messages that it is being processed but yet nothing. This company is a disgrace.need reporting to trading standards 😡

Awful slow refund process - automated email responses say it’s being processed however still waiting for money after a fortnight which was over £50 for dress. I would never but from Karen Millen online again based on this experience.

there is zero customer service, no chat and no phone number, they promise to reply to emails within 48 hours and they DO NOT. I am waiting more than 2 weeks for a refund and have yet to see anything. DO NOT SHOP AT KAREN MILLEN

6 weeks waiting for a refund for my online purchases. Will never shop with them again. Still no money in my account although the refund was allegedly processed on 5/5. It’s now 25/5!!

Like a lot of other people on here still waiting for a refund, 3 weeks now, completely unacceptable. Unless you are 100% confident in your choice/size I would avoid.

Quality and customer service is severely lacking. My dress was missing a prominent bead and customer service would do nothing to help replace the bead in advance of an important event. Their chat service person Paul was pretty snarky too. The dress came with no replacement pouch as is standard with most 400$+ dresses. My only option would have been to return the dress. I do not trust their refund process based on other reviews warning of long delays or the need for chargebacks, so l will not be requesting a return just to lose the dress AND elbow for my money back. Save your money - shop somewhere that respects the customer experience.

Bought a dress for £280 for a wedding. The dress arrived scrunched up in a small bag. So creased it was impossible to see how it could look. Also had dirty mark, sure dress had been worn and returned! Emailing for 3 weeks no response. Terrible service, nearly £300 dress unwearable!

For such a prestige company I’m disappointed about their services I bought 2 coats and one jacket from them which one I returned next day via Evri because unfortunately the size wasn’t a good fit for me. It has been one week since they received my return and still haven’t even got the email to say we are processing your return. I contacted them last week on WhatsApp and they replied there that my refund it’s making its way. I mean I bought things from much more cheaper brands and those companies have a better system and faster return. Their return policy doesn’t even say it will give you the x money in these many days. Very shocking and looking at the rest of these reviews I’m not the only one. A big let down and do not recommend this company Tomorrow I am calling Paypal to discuss as I have instalment payments via them and I can already see this will be a hassle. I will get my refund and never ever again.

Been waiting for refund for weeks…. Took KM 8 days to formally acknowledge receipt of return. During this time I had used chat and was told refund was processed, then I was told the refund was not processed. I’m now a week later (after email said 4 days to process)… Absolutely the worst customer service and process I have encountered… Today, I telling them by mail that I am filing a small claims court action. Do not shop with KM

Imagine you order four different bathing suits,and you receive a feather fascinator. A feather fascinator! After two weeks of waiting for the order to come. I emailed them,and now I have to go to the post office to return that in order to get my money back because guess what-bathing suits are out of stock now! Thanks,never again!

Still awaiting refund after sending items back weeks ago. They've confirmed receipt of goods. Only get automated response online. This isn't the first time but I've learned my lesson...no more karen millen purchases.

Its been a month now and I am still waiting for my refund. Thet are saying that the refund is issued but it has not come to me . When I asked them to re-check with their billing team, they just ended the chat. Following up since a month if anyone knows what to do in this case . Helpless
