Terrible customer service, waiting for refund for 48 days, they do not reply, it I read those reviews before, I would never buy from them, I would take that further, It just big disrespect

Returned items more tgsn a week ago and have not reveived my refunds. Spoke to customer service and was just told still being processed, no time frame to expect the money.

This is crazy! When I checked out my order, I was promised 6-8 day delivery! It's almost 3 weeks! No phone number, no customer service! No human intervention; it's a bogus company run on AI responses and or uncaring humans!If you fool me once, shame on you, if you fool me twice, that's shame one me! AI keeps on writing when you conact the wait, wait, wait....see the tracking....bla bla bla.... baloney on rye!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the level of customer service I have recently received from Karen Millen. I have been a loyal customer for some time and have spent hundreds of pounds with your company, but my recent experience regarding a £2.99 Delivery Protection Fee has left me feeling undervalued and frustrated.

Returned a size large as too big, which incurred a delivery charge. Reordered a size medium but was sent another size large, which I returned with explanation, however still charged delivery again…poor communication with customer service who seemingly do not care….

AVOID at all costs! Paid for next day delivery, took 1 week. Returned ghe item and I am still fighting for my refund! Horrendous service!

Absolutely awful experience, the returns portal doesn’t work. I tried to return 2 items but the screen kept showing 3 items although there was only 2items on the order. It then made it impossible to continue with the return. I emailed customer service but they never responded.

I've been a loyal customer for years, yet my recent experience was appalling. I purchased a pant-and-blouse set with a special discount--no sizing info provided--and it was far too large. Trying to get help was a nightmare. When I requested the same discount on a replacement, I was met with repeated, scripted responses and zero empathy. Flatly refused. This is hands down the worst customer service I've ever encountered online. I will certainly not be purchasing from this brand again and do not advise doing so. Their service and customer care standards are appalling and certainly not aligned with US practices and standards. Shame on them.

Impossible to get a refund for an order of apx £200. Only a credit note which I do not want. I suspect that this policy is not legally enforceable - they were unable to point out which consumer legislation allows them to act in this way. They have refused to discuss further

This company is a scam! I ordered two dresses and went to return them and they are refusing to return my money back to my credit card. They only want to give me a store credit. These items were returned within their 28 day window. I will never order from them again! Buyer beware

I have been shopping Karen Millen for years, and used to love the service. Something has changed recently. They have lost my order 3 times in a row. No customer service to speak to. I have been chatting with a bot on WhatsApp instead of being able to resolve issues over the phone. They just lost a loyal customer.

Trying to make a return to Karen Millen without success. I have emailed them but the email is bouncing back as undeliverable. I have tried unsuccessfully to find a contact number - not sure where I go next. I will not be ordering online from KM again.

2nd time I have ordered an expensive dress from KM to have it arrive screwed up and shoved in a bag half buttons undone or done up incorrectly. The first time the dress was for a wedding and I didn’t have time to return this time I did return. Beautiful dress but no care when packaging. I contacted KM to complain and the first time received a reply saying please return. The second order/email I didn’t even get an acknowledgment. I now await my refund!

Appalling customer service. They have still not refunded £80 for Returned dress over a month ago. They just send an automated message saying to keep waiting. No phone number to contact and speak to anyone

I was sent muliple dresses with damage, most recently I received the exact dress I had mailed back. First dress had been previously worn and had a pen mark. All dresses had stretched zippers and seems. Customer service is now saying they will not send a follow up replacement. The entire process of trying to connect with customer service has been very time consuming and involved resending information several times. The product quality does not align with being a "luxury" brand. It has been disappoinitng as friends had highly recommended this brand. Agree with a previous review that the rating should be zero starts.

I rated 1 star because it won’t allow a ZERO. I used to love Karen Millen clothing. I have been waiting 7 weeks for a refund for shoes that were promised overnight delivery and ended up taking a week missing my event. I can’t speak to a human. Their automated chat is so frustrating. It just isn’t worth the effort anymore. I also have this exact issue with coast (who also trade through Debenhams DBZ) I have a feeling it’s all the same umbrella now. Imagine the interest they are getting £100, returned goods, 7 weeks just one customer. Nope! No more, they are taking the Micky! Now to find a CEO email address.

Absolutely terrible experience — not once, but twice. The dress I ordered was such poor quality it tore just from trying it on. I returned it immediately and have proof it was delivered to the company a month ago, yet they still “can’t find it.” Completely unacceptable. I’ve lost time, money, and trust. Avoid this shop at all costs.
