I wanted to leave a review after seeing negative comments here (I read after placing an order). I received my order in less than a week. The product is fine, not super high quality, but in line for the price paid. It didn't work for me color-wise so I returned. My card was refunded the same day I requested the return and popped in the mail with the easy QR code. Nothing to be concerned about there. Good service, very easy, very efficient.

Hi I am a loyal Karen Millen customer. I love that my wardrobe has items that are special to me and that no one else I know has the same. I appreciate that some of the material used could be of better quality for what I pay but realise too that I am paying for design and originality. After reading reviews I feel sorry for people experiencing bad service but wonder if the recent ones are down to the manic xmas buying season where staff are extra busy so things get missed and deadlines aren't reached. I have experienced problems with another online company but realise that it is xmas. I have never experienced bad service and have always received orders in time and refunds from returns credited in a timely manner. I do agree though it must be frustrating having a problem and nobody at the end of a phone to help and that the WhatsApp customer support could be more efficient on occasions.

I ordered some pretty blouses and trousers. I was pretty sure I would easily get into a size 12 blouse. Normally, I wear size 8 to 10 clothes and am very slim so shocked that I couldn't get blouses to fit. A shame because the clothes are really lovely. It's made me feel fat although I'm sure their sizes are not correct.

I ordered 2 tops but neither fitted so returned and was refunded with no problem. Surprised at some of the negative reviews and if I had seen these before ordring I wouldnt have ordered! But I had no problem and would recommend. Also response on FB was good and helpful.
