Karen Millen stole £65 from me by refusing to refund a returned trouser. They said the item was not enclosed. I am 100% sure I returned the item. They threatened to show me a video but when I insisted they send a video, they simple said I did not return the item so won't refund me money. It is a shame that corrupt stores like this can cheat a customer and get away with it. I doubt this review will every be published as I hear these stores also delete recipes that do not favour them. The dress that I kept had the thread coming lose after one wear. So they produce bad products and also steal from their customers.

Ordered $1000 worth of clothes over 3 weeks ago! Contacted KM I did not receive no reply from them. Called FedEx they did not send customers documents Still waiting

i received my boots very quickly which was perfect have worn once and 2 buttons have fallen off while out no spares given in box i’m so DISAPPOINTED ☹️ haven’t heard back from KAREN MILLEN as of yet .. the boots were expensive so expected the quality be much better .. NOT HAPPY

I received my coat today. I can say I was honestly ecstatic about the picture of the coat. However, when I opened it up it is rather flimsy in quality and I am very disappointed. I wanted to have a different down coat. This is not it. And, it is too big. I look like a blown up bag…

I purchased an evening dress and it was too big. Ive purchased quite a few outfits from Karen Milen and typically they run small. However, this dress was very large. I have also returned items before and never had to pay. I also had some shoes to return. I would have gladly taken an exchange but thats not an option. Because the items were from separate orders i had to pay $20 and i was not able to get a replacement at the same cost. I will now have to seriously rethink any future purchases. I would also like a refund of the $24.00 i paid for the expedited shipping program

I used to buy all my work clothes from Karen Millen, they wore well, washed well, held their shape and lasted the distance - quality was on par with what you see in Ted Baker. Since being acquired by Boohoo the quality has absolutely tanked - dresses have arrived missing buttons, the fabric is super cheap quality and shows pull lines after only 1 wear - clearly all the products are now coming out of the same Boohoo factories. Won’t be buying from here ever again.

I cannot believe how long shipping takes with this company. The tracking information lacks transparency as you never know what carrier is in possession of a package and they provide zero ETA. My package has been sitting in the “sort” facility for a week? Had I known I would not have placed my order. Supply chain, weather and shipping demands are all factors but not enough to justify a delay of this magnitude. I will not be reordering.

Karen Mullen did not return my money for my return for 3 months and I had to contact them and my American Express. Bad business. This is after they lost an order. I’ve been dealing with this since November.

1.- My first purchase did not arrive, but they gave a refund after sending an email and telling them. 2.- my second purchase is still waiting to be sent 3 weeks ago. 3.- My third purchase arrived in 14 days. 4.- the quality is ** no more, nothing to do with the quality shown in the photos, very expensive and very poor quality. 5.- las tallas son correctas, las 5 piezas que pedi, encagan perfectamante. ***** 6.- If you are going to buy at Karen Millen, buy at a very, very low price because high prices do not go hand in hand in this store. For example, buy $149.00 when it is reduced to $39.00 or $29.00 and believe me it will be the regular price, because the quality of my 5 items is very bad, for $5.00 Chinese clothes.

Very quick to take money verrrrrry slow to refund. It’s not the specified 7 days from they receive the return, it seems like it’s when they can be bothered. Heading towards 3 weeks since I returned the parcel. There is a cost of living crisis, it’s Christmas, people would like their money back PROMPTLY PLEASE.

Paid for next day delivery when standard was free. Did not arrive next day. Excuses that it was delayed. Well,refund me the delivery! Can't contact anybody to complain. Terrible customer service for the price you pay for their clothes!

I will let the pictures do the talking. The description of “bold shoulders” is very inaccurate. I would’ve thought that “bold shoulders meant a more structured shoulder pad. I am hopeful that my alterations gal can help me rebuild the shoulder so that I can wear this dress again.

Karen Millen doesn’t host reviews on its site and now I’m realising why! I ordered a pair of floral print leggings and despite the quite hefty price tag they are such poor quality, very see through, thin and baggy - the black background colour shown in the images becomes grey and that’s with them being too big on me (despite me following the size guide). You definitely couldn’t wear without a long top. The website suggests they have some sculpting quality but that’s rubbish, they are practically tights. Reading about the returns process I probably won’t bother, but I definitely won’t be ordering again.

Beautiful clothes - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I truly love their clothes; however, they have completely giving me the 'run-around' regarding reimbursement for returns + other non-disclosed charges. Even when they say 'refund is on the way' it takes a very long time to reconcile. They need to set up a customer service system that is commensurate with their lovely clothing and their competitors who go above and beyond to keep loyal customers 'happy' [and please get 'live' customer service reps].

I happen to love the brand and the clothes; however, the sizing is inconsistent and I need to be able to return the items. My challenge is with customer service. First, they don't have a 'live' person one can talk with. Second, they are not customer 'friendly' and have hidden charges and requests. For example, I was charged an extra fee for UPS charge. When informed it appeared that they would help out; however, they continued to ask me for 'proof' (which was provided - invoice plus cashed check). They also continued to ask for proof of sending back merchandise (despite the fact that I had received emails illustrating their receipt). Bottom line, I have never seen a customer service company NOT take care of their existing customers.

I order two skirts before Christmas, came very quickly and loved the tweed skirt, the leather skirt lining wasn't sewn well and meant the back of the skirt creased and lifted. I used to buy from Karen Millen in the past and assumed it was a very rare fault so cut the lining to release the back. Ordered a dress for New years, a bright yellow dress with jewel details. I was sent a filthy dress which had jewels missing from its detailing. The dress very clearly had been worn and had a drink spilt down it and other unpleasant stains. I returned the dress and contacted customer services sending pictures of the stains and complained about quality control. Re-order the dress, no problem and im refunded with no issue. Third order, ordered a simple dress in the size I've always ordered. The dress is extremely tight and I cannot fasted the zip. The packaging and tag indicate the correct size. I check the sewn in lable ..... the dress is 3 sizes smaller that what I ordered!! In the same order I had ordered another skirt, poor quality, unfinished seams and cotton bits hanging out all over. Return both items. I do some research and find out Karen Millen has been bought by Boohoo. The poor quality now makes sense and I won't be ordering again. Boohoo quality and Premium KM prices.

Not Karen Millen! It’s cheap fast fashion with the Karen Millen label and price tag. Ordered two coats and both sent back as quality wasn’t great at all. Really disappointed as used to love Karen Millen.

The coat I purchased arrived on time but the quality was awful. Cheap tacky buttons. The metal bit on the belt looked rusty and you can tell the colour will fade from the metal quickly. Poor finish. When I buy Karen Millan I expect quality with style. I'm sad but I will have to find another brand.

Items I ordered from Karen Millen were lovely and just as seen on the website, however I paid for next day delivery via DPD and my item was not delivered. I made a complaint via the KM website and had a very quick response to say that DPD had tried to deliver but couldn’t reach my address, either due to road closures or no parking! Wholly untrue, I was in the whole day and no delivery was attempted. I live in a quiet cul-de-sac, have a parking bay with room for 5 cars opposite my house and had no road closures in my area. Have asked for my delivery cost to be refunded, but no joy from KM. A real shame as DPD are letting KM down on delivery, so please don’t waste your money on next day delivery if you buy from them.
