Quality and customer service is severely lacking. My dress was missing a prominent bead and customer service would do nothing to help replace the bead in advance of an important event. Their chat service person Paul was pretty snarky too.
The dress came with no replacement pouch as is standard with most 400$+ dresses. My only option would have been to return the dress.
I do not trust their refund process based on other reviews warning of long delays or the need for chargebacks, so l will not be requesting a return just to lose the dress AND elbow for my money back. Save your money - shop somewhere that respects the customer experience.
