I have shopped in Karen Millen for the last 7 years.... treating myself to really well made, well fitting, beautiful garments. I was a Karen Millen Black Card Customer. I even purchased 3 mother of the bride dresses over the years, which were all just superb and a pleasure to wear, making me feel so good, worth every penny. I’m am TOTALLY and UTTERLY DISGUSTED with the quality of the garments they are now providing under the heading of “Karen Millen”. They have totally cheapened the brand to the point where I will never never order from there again ...... Boo hoo should not be using the Karen Millen Brand to sell cheap and nasty garments....this company Also make it very difficult to return items, unlike the original Karen Millen.... Love the torn up bag picture in a previous review.... it totally sums up how I feel too! Very disappointed Karen G

Absolutely gone off a cliff since BooHoo took over. The quality of the fabrics used now is a million miles away from those previously used prior to takeover. The brand has been cheapened and the high quality, well made garments are a thing of the past. Please BooHoo drop the KM name - it’s not Karen Millen as any true fans know it and it feels like we’re being defrauded.

I am going to leave the sliding quality of the clothes itself aside for the review because I think they have much bigger problems. I tried to purchase from KM online and on the APP, on both occasions, the transaction came up as an error, and the order disappeared from the basket. I tried again and again, then I gave up. Cut my losses and went to a different company. But then while checking my bank account these transaction has been registered! I contact KM. Their response was explaining that the transactions probably will bounce because indeed there was no order connected to them, and I shouldn't worry. (Mind you the money were blocked/pending and I could not use them, so KM holding my cash hostage...) After 2 days To my surprise, the transactions went through and KM successfully charged me over £1200 in total for no order!! Then I also noticed that these transactions were made in dollars!! (considering I am in the UK and I was on the UK sites how come the charge was in dollars??) Transaction in Dollars means that my bank charges me a fee for an "international" transaction!! I mean WTF have you done to KM???!!! It was a great company, and now it's completely falling apart. Customer service is nowhere to be seen either. NO phone number they say, oh wow... I would consider the false transactions as a serious breach of consumer's rights bordering with fraud. I understand that mistakes can happen and they most likely have bugs in the system, but companies of this size should not release any updates without testing them thoroughly first! It is irresponsible and reckless. Literally treating their customer like they piece of c**p. The way the management is dealing with it is just appalling, and I have a feeling that I will have to report them and to go through the bank to get my money back . Imagine if I am not alone, imagine how much money they collect and because it goes to their accounts they can use it as cashflow and for free, while innocent unsuspecting customers are left out of pocket for days. Refund will take some time to process, but meanwhile, they can use the cash...

Oh my god! It was my favorite brand! I bought there 20-30 items every year! Now it is terrible design, terrible quality! Where? Where is my KM??? :(((( it is so difficultly to find dresses now. I put pictures of actual items... who will put it on?

Bought a coat on sale, and was totally in chok when it arrived. There quality is really getting worse then ever! It used to be one of the Best qualitys and design for Young girls who wanted to look Nice and classy. But the materiales and taylor-job is so bad that Its laughable. It looks like something made in a cheap fabric in china. I Will Never ever spent my money there again. Its over for me. The one that used to have a closet full!

I used to love Karen Millen - they used to have beautifully made, classy and quality clothing which would last and be so true to size. But, ever since Boohoo took it over, it has stripped it of its quality and class. The sizing is completely all over the place, and the clothes are totally trashy and see through. I will never buy from them again - seems like they have taken the once gorgeous brand and using it to charge extortionate prices (which before, I would HAPPILY have paid for) for shoddy clothes. SO disappointed in the brand now - if you are going produce cheap clothes, then you need to charge cheap prices. What a shame!

I used to be a faithful Karen Millen customer for over 13 years....Seduced by Facebook Karen Millen sale, I have bought various items. Although some of the items were fine, but only fine, others were not the usual Karen Millen excellent standard. No Karen Millen monogram details like there used to be on zips, buttons and buckles. Customer service very condescending and dismissive. It's just so sad

I've been wearing Karen Millen for 25 years and always loved the excellent quality and unique designs. I have dresses, jackets and suits in my wardrobe that have never gone out of style and look as good now as when I bought them. How disappointing then that, having been taken over by BooHoo, the quality has nosedived so dramatically. My order of 3 t-shirts, a top and a dress arrived this morning. I haven't been able to buy KM for a couple of years as I have been on Carer's Allowance while I looked after my Dad but I came into some funds and decided to treat myself. I was especially pleased that they had a sale on - 40% off everything! It sounded almost too good to be true - and of course it was! There's nothing really 'wrong' with the items, they are probably worth what I paid for them (apart from the dress which has a REALLY cheap plastic belt which I will be throwing away) and, reading others' experiences of returning goods, I will be keeping them but they certainly won't be part of my wardrobe in ten or even 5 years time, unlike my KM classics. The t-shirts don't even have a KM label in them, only the cardboard tag identifies them as anything other than bog standard cheapy Ts. It's a sad day indeed. Take a tip from me and go on Ebay to buy genuine KM items which will last years. You'll be doing the environment a favour too.

It's very sad really... karen Millen was such an iconic British brand, known for its stylish high quality women's clothing! However, ever since it was bought by Boohoo the quality has become very poor! Why is this?? Is it not bad enough that they closed all their stores putting thousands out of jobs!? Was that not enough 'cost cutting' for Boohoo? It seems like the typical greed of 'big businesses'! Stripping so much expenditure out of the Karen Millen business should have meant that maintaining the quality merchandise should have been easy to maintain costwise! Evidently I don't shop here anymore! Sad loss really!

It is so disappointing that my favourite brand is not the same anymore...The quality of clothes and styles are very bad, I miss the times when it was not part of Bohoo....decided to stop buying KM, even with the price being affordable...

Bought an expensive fur coat thru online and paid for a specific next day delivery service, and waited for it next morning and then to 3rd day but never came, but still been very patience and waited until 10days, and the item ordered keep going back to sender, request for refund but couldnt give any refund, so I pgoned my card issuer bank and got them sorted and refunded by the bank instead, very bad service, dont buy from it online is it looks fraudulent.

I used to buy Karen Millen outfits for years... it was my favourite beloved brand, half my wardrobe is from KM. Above all the quality of clothes was exceptional! All the clothes were so stylish elegant and long lasting. Prime quality finest styles. Sadly after the Bohoo has taken over the new owner ruined this fine product and now the clothes are shocking bad. The quality is poor, clothes aren’t fine elegant ... it’s completely different product that they are selling absolutely nothing but nothing to do with actual Karen Millen style and quality. You may get lucky as the km website under new management still might have few items from the original KM. Overall im deeply heart broken KM is gone. One may like the new KM products ( not me) but don’t get fooled this are not real KM standards!!

I just spent 4.5 hours of my day trying to rid the Karen Millen coat I bought, of the black soot it is shedding like dandruff. I spent hundrends of pounds on it, only to find out how cheaply it is made at my expense, literally. The material (some type of fake leather) has cracked and it's dripping everywhere like a sticky black soot. It then stuck to the tiled floor when hoovered, so I spent additional 1.5 hours hoovering and washing the floors. I'm never buying another thing from Karen Millen ever again. You should burn in hell for what you put me through.

The worst customer service ever! We ordered a dress (150EURO) online in july 19 and returned it, because it didnt fit well. Its december now and we still didnt received any refund. We wrote a bunch of mails regarding this and we never received an answer! SCAMMERS!

Absolutely horrible horrible experience. They are my most favorite brand when they were alive in showrooms in London and in US. Online is cheap quality, horrible fitting, shipping wrong items and tricking customers with high quality pictures. Really disappointed. I was your biggest fan for 15 years. You LOST me. You shouldn’t be calling yourself Karen Millen. Not the quality that was sold at the store across UK and USA in store. Extremely cheep and below average material and fitting. I’m moving on KM. You lost one of the most loyal customers 😞. Please do not be fooled by the pictures.

Shopping online at Karen Millen has been a truly awful experience. Two months ago, I returned an $800 coat because it was the wrong size. I still haven't received a refund. I have emailed them four times, and each time a different customer service representative has replied with a vague and unapologetic response. I expect I will never receive my refund.

For the people asking what happened to Karen millen.. well sadly its not KM like we know it ..its been bought by Boohoo .. so that does explain it .. just Google the history of what happened..

The old Karen Millen is gone, it’s just boohoo with extortionate prices now. Quality is absolutely terrible, will never buy from them again

The quality is appalling and material is cheap, it’s no better than ASOS clothing anymore. Such a shame it used to be 50% of my wardrobe. Boohoo have ruined a great brand.
