Shopping online at Karen Millen has been a truly awful experience. Two months ago, I returned an $800 coat because it was the wrong size. I still haven't received a refund. I have emailed them four times, and each time a different customer service representative has replied with a vague and unapologetic response. I expect I will never receive my refund.
