I am happy with the quality of the items I ordered but having having no free delivery options regardless of what you spend is unfair. You also don't get free returns if you want a refund or an exchange! They take an additional £2 as a return fee and don't refund you the £4.99 delivery cost even for an exchange.

I was excited I found this brand and did care research before I committed. I felt like this would be my new go to brand since a Canadian brand and Australian brand closed down that I loved. I spent about $300 on a trench that went on sale. I carefully measured myself and order a size 8 USA what is a 36 inch bust. The jacket looked like a kid wearing there fathers jacket. I paid $90 in custom fees and then paid to have the jacket sent to me and sent back. They refunded me the jacket cost but not my shipping. They said the sizing was correct when it was clearly a manufacturer error.

Twice now I have been let down by Karen Millen and no Customer Service support. I ordered cream trousers, black arrived! The latest I paid for next delivery, special occasion, no show!! I

I loved KM clothing back in the day when KM owned the company but ever since she sold out I’ve been very disappointed with the trashy new make !!! Will never purchase again and prefer to go on eBay and get an original at half the price !!!

To be honest all our cloths in the Uk are nit made in Britain but turkey etc like next is and Karen millen I think don’t own it anymore and after 30 years always bought km but I’ve received my goods and are pleased but I don’t buy boohoo as I notice the difference but I have to say Km step up or go bust!!! The package was nicely done so I’m pleased

Happy with my purchases from their curve range however the quality of their patent slim belts which span across their dress range were utterly appalling. I received one for each dress purchased, one had obviously been worn (and returned) and was already broken at the holes and the other did break whilst trying on with the dress. I agree with the comments here already that their customer service department is difficult to identify and to reach.

The quality is no longer as good as it use to be. I returned a couple of items, it was straight forward and I recieved my refund.
