I bought a swimsuit that was too small. I had to pay $10 to return the suit to Karen Millen. In turn, Karen Millen ALSO charged me for $10 for the return. My bathing suit I bought for $83 was only refunded for $73 PLUS I had to pay the $10 return. So I spent $20 on nothing. I contacted Karen Millen and they said this is the way they do business. Horrible customer service and they offered NOTHING in return. First and last time ordering.

My first and last order from KAREN MILLEN! The refund system is terrible. They received my refunded items over a week ago and have not yet had the courtesy to email me confirmation of my refund or sent me my refund. I texted them but only excuses came back and asked me to wait almost a month after they received my goods for my refund

High end brand - take 3 weeks to refund for unsuitable items. Quality has definitely gone down hill, not even mentioning customer service. No telephone number available to speak to the company. Says it all! Avoid at all cost!

Shocking service. Paid for unlimited next day delivery. The delivery defaulted to standard delivery which I realised immediately after the order was placed. I messaged their customer service as they do not have a telephone number and was advised that they could not change the delivery service. I asked for the £9.99 that I paid to be refunded as standard delivery was free and they refused to do that. I have asked to cancel the order completely and they will not do that either - even though the order has not been shipped. I will not be ordering from Karen Millen again - this is probably one of the reasons that they are no longer on the high street!

I used to buy all my work clothes from Karen Millen, they wore well, washed well, held their shape and lasted the distance - quality was on par with what you see in Ted Baker. Since being acquired by Boohoo the quality has absolutely tanked - dresses have arrived missing buttons, the fabric is super cheap quality and shows pull lines after only 1 wear - clearly all the products are now coming out of the same Boohoo factories. Won’t be buying from here ever again.

I used to think that Karen Millen was a high-end brand but no more. Today, I received a dress that I was meant to wear at a special occasion this weekend, it arrived with a missing belt. Not just any belt, this belt makes the dress. Without it, the dress is useless. In summary, I received faulty goods. I contacted customer service only to be told to rerun the dress. I inform them that I live in Portugal and returning the dress is a bureaucratic nightmare. After several exchanges with Nikki, who informs me they will reimburse the postage costs, I inform her that’s not the point. I would have to go through great lengths of filling out forms due to Brexit and standing in endless queues etc. It’s just not worth it. Still she can’t think outside of the box. So I tell her I’ll keep the dress if they could please extend a gesture of goodwill (bear in mind I had to suggest this, never once from them). I ask for a partial refund and they offer me 20%! What a joke! This equates to £20! For a missing belt that is a crucial part of the dress. I ask to be connected to a manager and Nikki informs me management won’t better the offer. Take it or return the dress. Of course I’ve had to accept the measly offer of partial reimbursement because I wouldn’t put myself through returning the dress via the post office here. I explain this to her and she offers a scripted apology and says there’s nothing more they can do and this is policy. As someone who shops online frequently this is not true, many retailers go out of their way to meet their customers needs. I’ve experienced a truly poor customer service with Karen Millen and I can say with certainty they don’t care about their customers. If things go well, great. If not then good luck to you, you’re on your own! Thankful for this platform and being able to share my experience. I will never shop with them again, I’ll take my business elsewhere, to other deserving retailers. Please think twice about shopping with them if you live in the EU.

I have checked the website and seen good dresses but the experiences are terrific and disappointing, Does mgmt consider abt customer satisfaction. Thks all for ur honest reviews I can't go ahead to buy from Karen millen.

The crystals on the dress starting coming off before I wore it. I had the crystals that were loose fixed (the company reimbursed me $65 towards that cost.) I bought it ahead of time for my daughters wedding. I wore it the night of the wedding and within 2 hours the crystals came loose in many spots. I contacted the company again and they said too bad it's outside of 6 months. I got the dress in December for the May wedding. The dress is a waste of money because the crystals come off before even wearing it. Do not waste your money on this dress. Tried loading pictures but it wouldn't let me.

Incorrect item delivered. No phone number to contact them only a generic online form with no space to record the company’s mistake and reason for returning!! Charging to return and 72 hours to answer mail!!!! Abysmal. First and last time ordering. Should have read reviews! My bad!

I returned some clothes per their return policy. I consolidated the shipping for a couple of orders into 1 box (because the original shipping packaging was not reusable) and included the return slips that they provided inside of the box. They only returned items from one order and are not willing to refund me the other items or sent them back to me, when the shipment was confirmed received. Around 1000 USD worth of dresses and another 100 USD for postage return paid by me!!!! . They said I needed to return the items in separate shipments and they are unwilling to do anything about it. Now they are requesting me my original postage invoice, which is unacceptable having them provided with the tracking number, which states the exact number of the person, who received my package. Anyway I will continue to dispute! Will contact Customer Complaint Agency in the UK!

This is a terrible company, customer service is appalling. Do not buy anything from them as if you return an item (which is likely) it’s a nightmare. You have to make sure that each item is in separate bags (even if they cane in one bag) then you have to pay an arbitrary £2 per order returned even though you’ve paid the delivery fee upfront. You can’t speak to anyone there’s no number so texting is the only option! It’s ridiculous - just go to Next you’ll be better off and customer service is amazing at Next!

Terrible service!! I have placed 5 orders with KM with delivery to EU. The service is absolutely horrible, for absolutely each order I have to remind them to ship it, then orders get lost, then dispatched again, then lost again. I have received only two orders out of five, and to be honest the quality is not good, one dress is poorly sewed and I had to take it to the atelier, the other dress torn up the moment I tried it. Never going to make purchases there again. My last order - waited for two months just to understand it got lost. Have sent them tons of emails, the answer was to wat.

Bought a coat size 22 that in any other store would of fit... it was at least 2 sizes too small... there version of plus size is far from accurate. In addition to this the return policy is ridiculous.. sent it back the same day it arrived and 3 weeks later still no refund... it states it can take up to 30 days... this is ridiculous in this day and age... Will never buy from here again

You couldn’t pay me to order anything else from Karen Miller. If you have a special occasion, DO NOT order from Karen Miller because your special occasion date will come & go and you still won’t have the item you ordered from Karen Miller. And there’s no way to determine WHEN you might get your order. RIDICULOUS! I repeat, RIDICULOUS!!!! I say Hell No to Karen Miller. Never Again!!!!

I cannot believe how long shipping takes with this company. The tracking information lacks transparency as you never know what carrier is in possession of a package and they provide zero ETA. My package has been sitting in the “sort” facility for a week? Had I known I would not have placed my order. Supply chain, weather and shipping demands are all factors but not enough to justify a delay of this magnitude. I will not be reordering.

Karen Mullen did not return my money for my return for 3 months and I had to contact them and my American Express. Bad business. This is after they lost an order. I’ve been dealing with this since November.

Terrible company. They are cheating their customers. After purchasing from them I noticed that money was going out from my bank account monthly with no reason. When I called them they said that I have signed up with a company called Complete Savings which is a scam. Actually I never signed up with this company. Karen Millen has given my name, email address and my bank details to this company. Please don’t trust Karen Millen. From one side they give you discounts and from the other side they work with scam companies like complete savings to steal more money from you. When I complained to them they replied to me that I have signed up with this company but I have never done that. They are cheating people by dealing with scam companies and stealing peoples money. Please don’t trust them.

Charged me for return on productcwirh defect. Sadly had to return a dress as it had a defect on one shoulder, so quite visible. Within return form I had chosen that option, so it said free return. I took photos just in case. However, return cist was deducted from return fee at the end. Shame on you Karen Millen how you treat clients and with the fact you are not able to spot defects on your producrs. Very, very disappointing...since boohoo owning it's not top brand anymore, not with this attitude.
