Been waiting for refund for weeks…. Took KM 8 days to formally acknowledge receipt of return. During this time I had used chat and was told refund was processed, then I was told the refund was not processed. I’m now a week later (after email said 4 days to process)…
Absolutely the worst customer service and process I have encountered… Today, I telling them by mail that I am filing a small claims court action.
