Paid for next day delivery when standard was free. Did not arrive next day. Excuses that it was delayed. Well,refund me the delivery! Can't contact anybody to complain. Terrible customer service for the price you pay for their clothes!

I will let the pictures do the talking. The description of “bold shoulders” is very inaccurate. I would’ve thought that “bold shoulders meant a more structured shoulder pad. I am hopeful that my alterations gal can help me rebuild the shoulder so that I can wear this dress again.

Karen Millen doesn’t host reviews on its site and now I’m realising why! I ordered a pair of floral print leggings and despite the quite hefty price tag they are such poor quality, very see through, thin and baggy - the black background colour shown in the images becomes grey and that’s with them being too big on me (despite me following the size guide). You definitely couldn’t wear without a long top. The website suggests they have some sculpting quality but that’s rubbish, they are practically tights. Reading about the returns process I probably won’t bother, but I definitely won’t be ordering again.

Beautiful clothes - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I truly love their clothes; however, they have completely giving me the 'run-around' regarding reimbursement for returns + other non-disclosed charges. Even when they say 'refund is on the way' it takes a very long time to reconcile. They need to set up a customer service system that is commensurate with their lovely clothing and their competitors who go above and beyond to keep loyal customers 'happy' [and please get 'live' customer service reps].

I happen to love the brand and the clothes; however, the sizing is inconsistent and I need to be able to return the items. My challenge is with customer service. First, they don't have a 'live' person one can talk with. Second, they are not customer 'friendly' and have hidden charges and requests. For example, I was charged an extra fee for UPS charge. When informed it appeared that they would help out; however, they continued to ask me for 'proof' (which was provided - invoice plus cashed check). They also continued to ask for proof of sending back merchandise (despite the fact that I had received emails illustrating their receipt). Bottom line, I have never seen a customer service company NOT take care of their existing customers.

I order two skirts before Christmas, came very quickly and loved the tweed skirt, the leather skirt lining wasn't sewn well and meant the back of the skirt creased and lifted. I used to buy from Karen Millen in the past and assumed it was a very rare fault so cut the lining to release the back. Ordered a dress for New years, a bright yellow dress with jewel details. I was sent a filthy dress which had jewels missing from its detailing. The dress very clearly had been worn and had a drink spilt down it and other unpleasant stains. I returned the dress and contacted customer services sending pictures of the stains and complained about quality control. Re-order the dress, no problem and im refunded with no issue. Third order, ordered a simple dress in the size I've always ordered. The dress is extremely tight and I cannot fasted the zip. The packaging and tag indicate the correct size. I check the sewn in lable ..... the dress is 3 sizes smaller that what I ordered!! In the same order I had ordered another skirt, poor quality, unfinished seams and cotton bits hanging out all over. Return both items. I do some research and find out Karen Millen has been bought by Boohoo. The poor quality now makes sense and I won't be ordering again. Boohoo quality and Premium KM prices.

Not Karen Millen! It’s cheap fast fashion with the Karen Millen label and price tag. Ordered two coats and both sent back as quality wasn’t great at all. Really disappointed as used to love Karen Millen.

The coat I purchased arrived on time but the quality was awful. Cheap tacky buttons. The metal bit on the belt looked rusty and you can tell the colour will fade from the metal quickly. Poor finish. When I buy Karen Millan I expect quality with style. I'm sad but I will have to find another brand.

Items I ordered from Karen Millen were lovely and just as seen on the website, however I paid for next day delivery via DPD and my item was not delivered. I made a complaint via the KM website and had a very quick response to say that DPD had tried to deliver but couldn’t reach my address, either due to road closures or no parking! Wholly untrue, I was in the whole day and no delivery was attempted. I live in a quiet cul-de-sac, have a parking bay with room for 5 cars opposite my house and had no road closures in my area. Have asked for my delivery cost to be refunded, but no joy from KM. A real shame as DPD are letting KM down on delivery, so please don’t waste your money on next day delivery if you buy from them.

I ordered a blouse and pair of size 16 trousers, the blouse was awful quality and felt like some sort of plastic fibres and the trousers were more like a size 12 to 14. Definitely not worth the money in my opinion.

I'm rating Karen Millen appalling quality and dreadful sizing. I was a long fan and absolutely loved KM. I was wondering what happened to my beloved brand and was utterly disappointed to find out Boohoo took over. I used to be a KM size 10 in the past 16 years. And clothes fitted me like a glove. I gained about 6 kilos in the past 2 years and during the past month I ordered about 5 orders of all items size 10. Guess? They are absolutely huge, ill fitted and the worst quality I have ever seen in my long love affair with KM. I re-ordered some items size 8 and they are still huge!! How come I’m bigger than I have ever been in my entire life and I’m suddenly a KM size 6???? I’m sorry but the KM I love and adored is dead and I can’t help but mourn the Brand. What's left is a ashes and boooooo

I had placed an order for some jeans and a necklace. The order came the jeans were fine and the necklace errrrm what necklace? In place of it was a pair of tacky earrings that weren't on the website! Ranting to a friend as this jewellery had been ordered to go with an outfit for a close family wedding, to find out Boohoo now own. Fair enough but thought I would check their site for the earrings and sure enough my lovely JM chain has a boohoo product in its place £4.00 each pack (2) I've reached out to customer service seems they must have a text expander which has almost the same response and not getting to the point if the issue! So now I'm being asked to return the earrings prove I have sent them back and my necklace will be on its way! I ordered next day delivery for a reason the leading up to the wedding was supposed to be stress free. This is their mistake and for the sake of £8.00 when delivery has already been paid for I would have liked to have thought they would honour this! First an advisor Ellie got back to me asked me for info already sent! Great start. Then nothing, silence! Asked for an update and Aisha sent a message I'd replied and nothing since it's so bad. I work in customer service and deal with customers online. I personally like to keep communication from beginning to end with my customers clearly with the take over there is still a lot to be learned I've emailed, sent info on messenger and WhatsApp! Very poor I'm so angry as felt ignored! And the excuse of someone will be in contact in 72hrs doesn't cut it when someone set the reply and didn't follow it on

Bought a black forever dress a few years ago that is absolutely perfect in every way. Now just recently when I also wanted to go for a off-white forever dress (same model), I feel like the quality is completely different. The fabric feels more cheap, same with the belt. No point in returning because of customs. So sad :(

just received a wrap top purchased . cannot believe what i received . material is so poor . no point sending it back as wont get my money back and will be waiting forever . my advise do not buy from them .

Bought a dress from the Lydia Millen range and was really disappointed at the quality of the material and workmanship on the dress. I bought a Zimmerman dress at the same time of a similar price and it was very significantly superior. Such a shame as it looked amazing on Lydia but alas in real life it was far from it. Probably will not purchase online again altho Im hoping a refund will go thru ok and a bit annoyed I have to pay $15 for postage returns...if it was free I would probably try again.

Since Karen Millen got taken over by Boohoo they are trying to sell too many styles, the site is full of non-traditional KM styles and to be frank a lot of them are abit trashy and cheap looking. Yet they are selling at KM prices..£150 for a dress which is no where near the same quality as before. So very sad that the owners are trying to change the brand and cash in with cheap quality cheap style clothes

I had been buying Karen Millen clothes for years, I've got a karen Millen dresses, jackets and tops that are 20 years old!!! loved the cut and quality. Had not bought any Karen Millen clothing for over 8 years as I lived abroad and wasn't easy to buy. Moved back to the UK last year and ordered a few pieces from the website. Was soooo disappointed the material was so cheap.Literally like New Look quality which is fine if your paying New Look prices but your not. I the did some research and learnt that they sold and its only Karen Millen in name only. Such a shame. Had no problem with customer service and was refunded easily and quickly, thats why I gave 2 stars, for the clothes I give 0 stars because I thought I was buying and paying for Karen Millen quality and thats not what I got. Will not be buying from again. RIP Karen Millen

Karen Millen used to be one of my favourite bands - the once sophisticated, elegant brand is replaced by a budget website filled with trashy designs.

It's very sad really... karen Millen was such an iconic British brand, known for its stylish high quality women's clothing! However, ever since it was bought by Boohoo the quality has become very poor! Why is this?? Is it not bad enough that they closed all their stores putting thousands out of jobs!? Was that not enough 'cost cutting' for Boohoo? It seems like the typical greed of 'big businesses'! Stripping so much expenditure out of the Karen Millen business should have meant that maintaining the quality merchandise should have been easy to maintain costwise! Evidently I don't shop here anymore! Sad loss really!
