I had placed an order for some jeans and a necklace. The order came the jeans were fine and the necklace errrrm what necklace? In place of it was a pair of tacky earrings that weren't on the website! Ranting to a friend as this jewellery had been ordered to go with an outfit for a close family wedding, to find out Boohoo now own. Fair enough but thought I would check their site for the earrings and sure enough my lovely JM chain has a boohoo product in its place £4.00 each pack (2) I've reached out to customer service seems they must have a text expander which has almost the same response and not getting to the point if the issue! So now I'm being asked to return the earrings prove I have sent them back and my necklace will be on its way! I ordered next day delivery for a reason the leading up to the wedding was supposed to be stress free. This is their mistake and for the sake of £8.00 when delivery has already been paid for I would have liked to have thought they would honour this! First an advisor Ellie got back to me asked me for info already sent! Great start. Then nothing, silence! Asked for an update and Aisha sent a message I'd replied and nothing since it's so bad. I work in customer service and deal with customers online. I personally like to keep communication from beginning to end with my customers clearly with the take over there is still a lot to be learned I've emailed, sent info on messenger and WhatsApp! Very poor I'm so angry as felt ignored! And the excuse of someone will be in contact in 72hrs doesn't cut it when someone set the reply and didn't follow it on
