Beautiful clothes - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I truly love their clothes; however, they have completely giving me the 'run-around' regarding reimbursement for returns + other non-disclosed charges. Even when they say 'refund is on the way' it takes a very long time to reconcile. They need to set up a customer service system that is commensurate with their lovely clothing and their competitors who go above and beyond to keep loyal customers 'happy' [and please get 'live' customer service reps].
