Hi I am a loyal Karen Millen customer. I love that my wardrobe has items that are special to me and that no one else I know has the same. I appreciate that some of the material used could be of better quality for what I pay but realise too that I am paying for design and originality. After reading reviews I feel sorry for people experiencing bad service but wonder if the recent ones are down to the manic xmas buying season where staff are extra busy so things get missed and deadlines aren't reached. I have experienced problems with another online company but realise that it is xmas. I have never experienced bad service and have always received orders in time and refunds from returns credited in a timely manner. I do agree though it must be frustrating having a problem and nobody at the end of a phone to help and that the WhatsApp customer support could be more efficient on occasions.
