I too have experienced long delays in the refund process. Refunds do eventually arrive but they take much longer than any other company I’ve bought from . I am no longer going to order from Karen Millen

Still waiting for a refund after nearly four weeks - followed the correct procedure to return the item - it has been received and acknowledged - however, no refund into my account despite stating it has been processed. Contacted them but standard response - would not purchase again !

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star!! I have been waiting for a refund for over a month now. I keep getting the same generic messages that it is being processed but yet nothing. This company is a disgrace.need reporting to trading standards 😡

Awful slow refund process - automated email responses say it’s being processed however still waiting for money after a fortnight which was over £50 for dress. I would never but from Karen Millen online again based on this experience.

there is zero customer service, no chat and no phone number, they promise to reply to emails within 48 hours and they DO NOT. I am waiting more than 2 weeks for a refund and have yet to see anything. DO NOT SHOP AT Karen Millen

6 weeks waiting for a refund for my online purchases. Will never shop with them again. Still no money in my account although the refund was allegedly processed on 5/5. It’s now 25/5!!

Like a lot of other people on here still waiting for a refund, 3 weeks now, completely unacceptable. Unless you are 100% confident in your choice/size I would avoid.

I do not trust their refund process based on other reviews warning of long delays or the need for chargebacks, so l will not be requesting a return just to lose the dress AND elbow for my money back.

I contacted them last week on WhatsApp and they replied there that my refund it’s making its way.
