I wanted to leave a review after seeing negative comments here (I read after placing an order). I received my order in less than a week. The product is fine, not super high quality, but in line for the price paid. It didn't work for me color-wise so I returned. My card was refunded the same day I requested the return and popped in the mail with the easy QR code. Nothing to be concerned about there. Good service, very easy, very efficient.

Absolutely love their style, quality and customer service! I had to return several times due to sizing - have to go a little bigger (one size up).

Best experience ever with online shopping. Ontime, responsive customer service. The quality was great, like it looks in the picture, I had to return it because of the size, and it was free and straightforward to return. I received an email and am waiting for the money. I strongly recommend Karen Milen

After reading reviews I feel sorry for people experiencing bad service but wonder if the recent ones are down to the manic xmas buying season where staff are extra busy so things get missed and deadlines aren't reached.

Not sure about the negative reviews but have ordered my third dress from Karen Millen and it is perfect, quality of all items I have bought including new shoes all arrived on time I did have to make one return but simply went to a Hermes store at my local shop she zapped it and sent it off and my refund was done in five working days. Really like the app and really like the service and clothes :)

Twice now I have been let down by Karen Millen and no Customer Service support. I ordered cream trousers, black arrived! The latest I paid for next delivery, special occasion, no show!! I

I agree with the comments here already that their customer service department is difficult to identify and to reach.
