“OMG, these installers are simply the best. If I knew I was getting Les and his team mate (Conor? May have the name wrong), I would order from KDH all the time. They paid so much care and attention to getting the prodict through the door without damage. They then installed again with care. They fitted the feet with care and a spirit level. Les delivers wonderful customer service. Thank you Les - you made my KDH experience brilliant. May get you back for a cooker hood install - you were brilliant.”

“The service was excellent, choice of models fantastic and also a very competitive price. And the best part was the driver delivering a very large and very heavy box. Very polite, communicative, attentive and thoughtful. He planned a difficult delivery well, had all the equipement and was pleasant to deal with. Well done, KDH!”

“What a fantastic store with unbelievable customer service, beats Currys easily. Bought a new Miele washing machine, they delivered on the agreed day, but when unwrapped the item was damaged. Not their fault, obviously, but they couldn't do enough to put it right, had another in stock and delivered it next day. Brilliant. Can't recommend highly enough, they'll look after you 💯”

“When my washing machine broke down and could not be repaired, KDH were able to supply a new machine in a couple of days. Delivery and installation arrangements were smooth. Mark, the delivery and installation man, was helpful and professional.”

“We went to the showroom & the owner was very helpful. He looked up the best price for our dishwasher. We were very impressed. He said we would recive notification detailing delivery date & time. We recived this 17 minutes prior to delivery, thankfully some was at home! However the fixing kit was missing. My usband called & informed them of this. The lady said she would order them straight away. After 2 weeks they hadnt arrived. I called them & they said they'd had difficulties ordering them. My husband looked up the code & I gave it to the lady. We never recived them. A month after delivery my husband ordeded them from the manafacturer & they arrived within 2 days”

“We were really pleased with the built in oven and service we received from KDH, and at a great price compared to most other online retailers. It was very reassuring to be able to telephone after we’d placed the order to confirm delivery arrangements and the installation of the oven was within a week and on the day and time first promised. Thank you we will definitely purchase from you again.”

“Ordered a fridge/freezer and cooker late on Saturday afternoon. Had a phone call on the following Monday to say they were in the warehouse and could be delivered the next day. Delivery driver was very helpful and unpacked everything for us,taking away the old items. Would recommend this company for their efficiency.”

“I ordered two Miele appliances from KDH Electrical not having used the company before. Being Miele, it wasn't a small investment but I felt very happy placing my order because the company was easily accessible by phone and all the contact staff were extremely helpful in dealing with some pre-purchase product queries. Delivery was quick, it was no problem to change the first delivery date proposed and the packaging arrived intact. All round an excellent experience. I would definite use KDH again.”
