I purchased the “rework” option for a repair on a bracelet that broke (purchased a few years ago and worn regularly). Communication was excellent and the repaired bracelet came back looking brand new. I couldn’t be happier with this service and my daughter is so happy that she can wear her favourite piece of jewellery again.

Beautiful pieces and beautiful packaging. I ordered the tiny oval pendants and chain with engraving. My only disappointment was my fault, I ‘thought’ they would be bigger and the engraved letters larger. Is quite fine and hard to see. All the measurements were provided so I clearly didn’t read it, as I said, my fault. It is still beautiful. I also ordered an engraved ring, smallest size but too big for me. My sister will now inherit it.
