I will be returning all items. GDX18V-285N: advertised as 'in cardboard carton'. Actually arrived loose in big packaging box without accessory pack and with visible signs of damage and prior use. Bosch tools (I have many!!) are normally supplied in security sealed cardboard carton or plastic case of your choosing. Presume they are selling off customer returns as new. Customer returns not the end of the world of course, but they should be identified as so, and definitely say if the accessory packs are missing, which mine was. Massive red flag. GBH18V-22X: advertised on their site as being in an L-BOXX. This is not true. Arrived in a G-BOXX. L-BOXX's clip together to keep everything safe on the road in your van and easy to carry to site, which is what I bought. Nothing wrong with a G-BOXX for the casual DIY-er. However, in short, that was not what I ordered. G-BOXX's are dirt cheap and L-BOXX's carry a premium, and they have lied about what is supplied. Massive red flag. GDX18V-285N: This was also meant to be in an L-BOXX but instead turned up in a cardboard carton. The general difference in prices, on the open market, between these options is a good £80 - and they have sold me the cheaper one, at a 'bargain price' for the more expensive one. Guess what... Massive red flag! I would like to believe these issues are all 'human error' however I think that 3 things being lies/ripoff out of an order of 3 means they are not an honest seller. In conclusion, I would avoid this seller if it is important to you that you receive what you actually ordered and paid for. I believe they are clearly using the general tool descriptions to make you think they are offering cheaper prices, whereas in reality you receive something that wasn't *quite* what you ordered, but close enough to make you accept thinking its a good deal, but meaning you could probably have got a way better deal elsewhere. If you aren't bothered about the correct box, or the tool being second hand and of unknown origin, or missing accessories, then maybe it's OK. Up to you. I have order details and photos of all the supplied goods to back up this review. I will not be removing review under any pressure from the seller, from whom I will be claiming a refund in full. I would rather other people know the truth over some £20 credit or whatever.
