This company has proven to be the worst investment choice I have made. They locked my account for no apparent reason, and when I attempted to resolve the issue, they asked me to pay taxes. After seeking help from various sources, I eventually found Mrs. Doris Ashley who helped me reclaim all that was taken from me. Email dorisashley71 (@) gmail. Com. WhatsApp+1---(404)--721--56--08

This website is not legitimate. While they respond quickly once they have received your money, they fail to follow up when you request another withdrawal. I was able to recover over €170,000 worth of Bitcoins that were stolen from me thanks to the investigative company. After filing a complaint online with S P A C E T E L - C A P I T A L, their customer service team provided excellent support and guidance, ultimately helping me secure a full refund of my profits and capital. They have consistently been a reliable source of support and encouragement for me.

I regret to inform you that my experience with this company has been quite disappointing, resulting in the loss of my savings. At first, everything seemed promising, but whenever I attempted to withdraw my profits, my requests were consistently denied. This situation caused me significant distress. Thankfully, I discovered COVSECLTD*COM, where the dedicated staff worked diligently to assist me in recovering my funds.

When I thought my investment had matured, I discovered that the company had gone into liquidation. I feel they led me by the nose into lining their pockets. Awful people.

Hi all, I just wanted to ask those affected by Kenton Finance or KKH Holdings, did you manage to get your money back. Did you have to contact FTS or go straight to FSCS. I'm also in the same situation and I'm just so upset by this. Just trying to see if I can get the money back.

FTS have confirmed me that the official receiver has forced the director to co operate as a warrant for his arrest was issued. The director is due in court on 23.01.24 in the liquidation hearing.

I invested with this company in May 2021 and found out in August 2023 that the company had been dissolved and the investment company had gone into liquidation. My bank cannot help re CRM but I have now written to the Ombudsman as advised by my bank.

I managed to get my money reimbursed through the CRM Code via my bank. Happy to help anyone else in need. I know not everyone has been successful through this route.

In response to John Eccles, I reported it to Action Fraud and HSBC last year - have only today received a letter from HSBC saying that they cannot regard it as a scam as the company was ligit but now liquidated. They have still had no response from Barclays who KF banked with but urged me to write to them directly. I feel sick!

Liquidating A Company This process is used where there are unpaid liabilities to creditors and the company needs to be closed down. There may also be assets to be sold and employee’s claims to deal with. Employees have special rights in liquidation and may be entitled to financial claims, and these can usually be claimed from the appropriate government fund. The directors should choose a liquidator who will be a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner to assist them like us. It is a lot more complicated than the striking off process above, as meetings need to be called of the shareholders and notices sent to all creditors. Also, there will be assets and liabilities that need to be dealt with. It is not uncommon for the liquidation process to take up to a year once everything has finally been dealt with and the company can be finally struck off. Dissolving A Company This is the usual method of striking off a company that either has never traded or has stopped trading and is now dormant. You don’t need a liquidator to dissolve a company, you can just complete form DS01 (available from Companies House), submit the form and wait the two months to make sure no one lodges an objection. There are various rules to protect shareholders and creditors who must all be given notice of the intention to apply for striking off. There are also fines, possible director disqualifications and imprisonment if you apply to strike off with the intention of concealing this from creditors or other parties so care needs to be taken to follow the procedures laid out by Companies House.

Does anyone have any info on contact details, numbers emails anything? Has anyone managed to find any info on the liquidation who’s been appointed and do we have any chance to get any money back. I check this everyday for updates I’m so lost with my savings gone I was saving for a wedding. Surly the is a route to get them penalised as they sit in a big fancy house with our money ruining working people.

These are thieves there’s no other way of saying it. Myself and many others have lost huge amounts of money. I accept it’s gone now but it hurts, I was the last of my pension funds and I’ve been working since I was 13 years old. This money was intended to be a bit of luxury in my retirement, but now I will just have to continue working for life. I’m glad they are out of business, but would have felt better if there was any chance of them being brought to court for their actions. My advice for anyone considering investing in the future is, check, check and check again. Then seek professional advice before parting with a penny.
