“Bought box with several items inside including shampoo & conditioner. Received box with conditioner missing. Just had keratin treatment on my hair and now really needing to wash & condition my hair. Disappointed to see note in box saying conditioner to follow and I’m still waiting.”

“I’m afraid the product did not help with my hair. As soon as my hair is outside in humidity it starts to wave. I guess products probably won’t help.”

“I have used it a couple of times, difficult to say if it's helping very much right now. I am abroad next week so will see how it is then. One thing I would say is the instructions on the bottle were so so small I couldn't read them, and the colour one the bottle made it even harder to read. You may want to change this.”
