Horrible experience and no customer service. Ordered and paid for an 11x7 portable shed, but they sent a damaged 7x7 in replacement. I paid for door-to-door delivery, and it was delivered to AAA Cooper Transit. However, I had to pay an additional $200 to pick it up. New ordered store it box arrived damaged with fork lift truck fork holes in the box. Item left in drive without knocking so no chance to reject. Ordered from Keter direct on their website. So far 3 emails asking for same info and photos as already supplied and a no reply contact so no continuity. Feels like they just send anything out and put up the shutters. Poor service

Received damaged deck storage box. I contacted Keter and was asked to submit photo and receipt which I did.
Keter responded stating they don’t stock replacement parts. Unbelievable!!
I've never received in my lifetime such terrible customer service.
