They burnt enough time up to go past warranty . Keter sent me 15.00 for product pro rated ! They can stick the 15.00 up there a&$ !!! WTH”

“i bought a outside two door container with lift able roof. and it warped and bent after three days outside. plus one of the doors warped, it was scratched on arrival with a small chip on underside of base. complete utter rubbish, and i am having issues getting a refund, because the seller says they don't warp. WRONG. stay well clear of this company.”
“Received a keter shed 2 weeks ago, i had ordered from Argos. I phoned Keter asking why they had 2 boxes on the package but only one delivered. They told me Argos packaged it! Argos deny this! Inside the package is half a shed. Do not trust either Argos or Keter. Am stuck with this very expensive half shed. Getting nowhere. Sainsburys are the Customer service and for a week kept telling me it was all in the one package. They are all just money mad with not one ounce of professionalism between them. There are at least 61 parts missing (not including the small parts which may or may not be there), the fitter had seen enough & wasnt going to open the tiny parts. There is a bent metal pole in the box too. How do i get service from anyone on this matter, when you all blame each other? I note that several others are having the same problems and Keter are not responding. Can someone help me please?”
“After waiting on hold for 35 minutes I tried to explain that the parts list was showing different part numbers. The representative stopped talking to me and I finally hung up. Buy from another manufacturer or have it built. No PD or YX on parts list.”
“Purchased a Keter shed from Home Depot Canada and installed it in November. In February the door hinges broke, the floor cracked and one of the wall panels cracked due to the brittleness of the material in the cold weather. Home Depot kicked me over to Keter to file a warranty claim. Tried multiple times to contact them. They refuse to respond. Horrible service. Don't buy Keter products.”
“Ordered a huge Storage Shed from Keter via Costco Website. Unfortunately it was shipped directly from Keter which means we were subjected to Keter Customer Service and not Costco. Keter delivered a couple of hundred pound storage shed and left it in our driveway half open. When we asked the driver if he could put it in the backyard he said NO. I am 5'2 and cannot lift or move this item. When Costco reached out to Keter to see if they could send someone back out to help me. Keter said it's the customers responsibility not ours and would not help. Wow just Wow. Retailers should stop doing business with this company. I call on Wayfair, Costco, Overstock.com and others who pride themselves in customer service to stop carrying products from a business who operates like this.”
“I purchased a high quality Keter Fusion 757 Composite Shed from Home Depot Canada on March 14, 2015 for ~$1240 CAD. The shed has a 10 year warranty. The door hinge pin wore down from normal opening and closing of the door, which is a common defect of this shed reported frequently among consumers (FN CL, and FN C1 are the failed components). I've contacted Keter with photos, receipt, proof of purchase, over 12 times across four months. Each call, they tell me to wait for my approved refund. There is no follow-up or refund. They do not manufacture the parts I need, so can't send parts to fix the issue. It's been ~3 months of chasing Keter customer support. A warning for others who might purchase from this brand, that while they are courteous to speak to and easy to reach, they don't follow through on refunds or issue resolution.”
“DO NOT BUY from Keter. They do not stand behind their products, even after the product has been pulled from the market because of mold issues. There is one number to call and you will be put off and put off for years trying to resolve an issue. I have been trying to get a replacement or refund on a dangerous wood composite shed with black mold and white mold. The company has no USA presence at all, refuses to give out a corporate telephone number to contact anyone but the customer service guys overseas who do nothing but say they are sorry and to wait. FOREVER. They lie and tell me all they were waiting on is my Paypal to process my refund and they delay and delay and lie to me over and over. No refund and no replacement to-date for a purchase from 2017.”
“Yesterday I bought a cabinet KETER LOGICO XL. During assembly both hinges broke, many plastic parts broke too and also instructions were not correct. The quality of the plastic is absolutely terrible I don't understand how Keter can sell such a poor quality product. I can assure that I have a good dexterity and used all care in assemblying, but nevertheless the cabinet is now unusable and I have to put into the rubbish.
I don't ask for guarantee to the seller as I know it's a waste of time because they will say that it's my fault. I know that I have spent 99,99 euros for nothing. My only satisfaction will be to discourage other people in buying this article.”
“Customer service sent the wrong replacement part, every time I try to call them it’s at least a 30 minute hold time if they ever even answer at all. I will never buy another Keter product.”
