"I have been looking for an all natural hair dye that actually covered grays and worked for years now. This one actually covered it all perfectly. "I used this, but did not let it sit long enough initially. The result was my color turned out with red highlights instead of brown\/gold highlights. Learned my lesson to read the instructions twice especially if they are in very very small print. Yes, it turns grey hair orange. "

"Very true to color. It does turn out dark and the color does get darker as it sets for a few days. I waited to review this until 4-5 weeks after I colored. I was able to apply the oil almost daily and wash just once a week. I felt the color actually held truer longer than normal hair dyes. Yes, it does fade, but if you wash less and if you wash with the Rose Shampoo, I feel that shampoo does not strip the color out nearly as much as \"color safe\" shampoos. The first time I used this, I did use the detox shampoo as my hair is very chemically colored and grey. I did get red highlights on about 1\/4 of the hair. I lived with it and expect that not to happen next time."

"I'm so happy that I finally made the switch to 100% natural herbal hair color! I've been debating trying Khadi in particular for quite a while because of their impressive shade range. I was torn between trying dark blonde (which, according to the chart, would get me close to my natural color) or auburn. I tried dark blonde first, and I'm quite delighted with the results. It turned out as well as my old chemical color, but didn't dry my hair at all. I did purchase the bundle with the color fixing oil, so I'm sure that helped. My hair has lots of shine and looks natural. The color has changed a bit since I applied it a couple of weeks ago and it's now looking a little more reddish, but I'm fine with that since I was also considering auburn. In my photo, taken a day or two after coloring, my hair looks pretty dark. It looks a tad lighter now, especially in the sunlight. And yes, that's my nightie haha!"
