“Very very bad customer service I paid $66 extra for express delivery. I did not receive my parcel till today after one month of purchase moreover you can not trace and track the parcel. All deliveries are from China and the seller or business owner is in Australia.My recommendation do not trust this, you will be regret for this. Kewal Singh”

“Very poor customer service and I tried to contact them multiple times to resolve an issue but the issue was unresolved. Also the watch didn’t come with any certificate or paperwork. Paid a lot of money for this watch and not satisfied due to the certificate or paperwork’s being missing and overall poor customer service. I was going to recommend them but with my experience I don’t recommend their company.”

“I ordered my watch in November and paid for it. Today is February 10. I still don’t have my watch and the customer service is so bad that no one is helping me out. I need a refund as I never received my merchandise. I am so disappointed. Will never recommend this place to anyone.”
