Ordered a midsleeper earlier today and although order page and payment page flashed up I was unable to copy order number. Checked my email for verification and nothing. No details emailed so checked credit card company and Payment has already gone through. I'm struggling to feel confident in the delivery and order as NO confirmation email. Any advice

I have emailed 3 times and received no response. I want to know where my item is, amongst a few other complaints. Your customer service so far has been appalling.

I bought my out and about little nipper in June 2016 and the brake has completely failed and therefore not safe. Unfortunately I can't find the warranty although I know there is 2 years on it. I need it repairing asap as I need the pushchair every day.
