“Will never order from this company again. Paid in full for baby changing unit. Took hours to put it together and finally nothing was in sync, drawers didn't line up and cupboard wouldn't close. Customer service from staff was disgraceful. Was told couldn't have refund because we'd assembled it. Had to go to trading standards before eventually having full refund. Disgusting attitude with staff and manager who I won't name to save them the embarrassment. Spoilt the whole experience of buying for our first grandchild.”

“Ordering process was simple and straightforward. Had to wait for the 3 in 1 pram to be in Stockholm which was approximately 6 weeks but the item itself is brilliant. Ideal for quick breakdown into a car seat and fully adjustable to suit height of the pusher. Money very well spent. Ideal item.”

“Fantastic from start to finish, ordering was easy received a text the very next day telling me when my item was going to be delivered. Order delivered 2 days later, product exactly how I imagined, perfectly packaged and made even better by it being £100 cheaper than I was going to pay for the item. Can’t fault Kiddies Kingdom would recommend and definately shop here again”

“The ordering was easy. The item I ordered was out of stock but came very quickly once it was back in. Only 3 out of 4 boxes arrived. I emailed to let them know and the 4th box arrived within the next days however no communication was made from Kiddies Kingdom which I think is a little poor. A confirmation or an update/apology would have been nice. I wasn't looking for any freebies as I know mistakes happen but an apology would have been nice. It's not like it was a £30 item we spent a lot of money.”
