“Easy online ordering process and very fast delivery. You could actually order your items when labour starts and get them in time! I ordered on Sunday and received the car seat on Tuesday. Unfortunately the experience turned a little sour.... The first car seat we ordered did not fit into the middle of the rear of the car so had to return it. There was an option to arrange a return ourselves or through the Company. (At the same time we ordered a replacement which we continue to use a year later.) We decided to arrange the collection via Kiddies Kingdom. I was advised that failed collections would be charged at £15. Their courier turned up and took the car seat. With a new baby and work etc life was busy. Months later I had time to check the bank statements and noticed no refund from Kiddies Kingdom. I contacted Kiddies Kingdom and they stated that their courier DPD had attended at my home and was informed that there was nothing to collect and had left. Kiddies Kingdom asked for a receipt. I had no receipt but knew that I had packed the item and it had been collected. My wife was a witness. Kiddies Kingdom did not explain why they had not levied a failed collection fee at the time. We are not dropping it so will take the matter to the Courts. However, we suspect its DPD that actually stole the car seat or lost it. Anyway always get a receipt and name of the courier when returning an item.”

“I have ordered a few items from them, one arrived on time, the other didn’t arrived at all. I’m trying to get in touch with the customer service, but they just ignore me. Order was placed on the 2nd of July and toady is 22nd and I haven’t heard anything from them. So if you need something urgently do not order from them.”

“Was worried I might not receive my goods after reading recent reviews, however have taken receipt of this today (Mountain Buggy Swift & Storm Cover). I have waited nearly a month for delivery which was about 2w longer than anticipated but at least it’s here! Box appeared to have been previously opened to me, but contents all seems fine. Wonder if this could be a customs check.... I think this has have come straight from supplier, perhaps via KK.”

“The ordering was easy. The item I ordered was out of stock but came very quickly once it was back in. Only 3 out of 4 boxes arrived. I emailed to let them know and the 4th box arrived within the next days however no communication was made from Kiddies Kingdom which I think is a little poor. A confirmation or an update/apology would have been nice. I wasn't looking for any freebies as I know mistakes happen but an apology would have been nice. It's not like it was a £30 item we spent a lot of money.”

“The raincover i ordered was short and didnt fit the whole pushchair especially from the bottom so my sons feet get wet from the rain. Its strong n sturdy; the only downfall is the length.”

“I ordered the Maxi Cosi car seat deal as I saw it on BOUNTY.COM, the delivery was two weeks late than they said. I chased and they said it would be mid Sept then I called up again and they said it would be the next day via DPD, and I had to wait for a text for the time on the day and arrange for someone to in at short notice... it looks like a proper website and shop. Overall I'm happy as I've received the items I bought but it looks like others are having a nightmare... The trustpilot reviews are a lot better. Good luck.”
