Placed my order Sunday to take away with me Saturday morning. Got an email to say dispatched on Monday and never received for my holiday. Very disappointing.

Hi, you chose 1st Class Royal Mail which is not a guaranteed service. It states this on the shipping options on the checkout page. Also if you go out at any point during the week Royal Mail will be unable to deliver as the item you ordered is too big to go through a letter box. There is also a pandemic on which has caused delays to Royal Mail deliveries since April. You can view Royal Mail's website for confirmation of this if you don't believe us about the pandemic thing. If you needed an order urgently we offer a next day courier delivery on the checkout page. Thanks.

Hi, You didn't choose next day delivery, you chose 1st Class Royal Mail, which as it states on the delivery options on our checkout page that this delivery rate is NOT guaranteed next day, as 'not' is written in capital letters so you can see it. Next day delivery options are available on our website but these services obviously cost more if you require a faster service. Thanks.

Hi, We replied to your email informing us that you hadn't received your order, apologising and asking if it would be possible for you to wait another day, and that if you still hadn't received your order by then to let us know. You informed us the day after of still no delivery and very abruptly requested that if we couldn't guarantee delivery by a certain date to cancel and refund the order, which we did. You stated twice in your emails that you chose 'next day delivery'. You did not choose next day delivery, you chose 1st Class Royal Mail delivery which is not guaranteed next day. Also it clearly states on our checkout page that 1st Class is not guaranteed next day. If you need an order urgently it's always best to choose the fastest delivery rate available. Thank you.

Paid over £8 for a next day delivery for are hoilday and it came 2 days later tried to call on the day and there was no one there I wouldnt ever order again

Hi, We called you back and spoke with you about this and you said you were busy and that you would call us back, but didn't. None of our Parcelforce courier rates include a Saturday delivery. It states next to all the Parcelforce delivery options that they include a Monday-Friday delivery only. So if you order on Friday the earliest you will receive it would be Monday. Next to or below that depending on what device you're using there is a banner stating that none of our delivery rates include a Saturday delivery, unless they are specifically delivery options just for Saturday. You didn't choose a Saturday delivery, you chose Parcelforce which only deliver Monday to Friday.

The parcel was never delivered to the house and had to collect from the post office

Hi, delivery of your order was attempted at 2.22pm on the due delivery date. If a customer is not in then the parcel is sent to the local post office to collect at your convenience. An SMS text message is sent to the customer after the parcel is scanned in the early morning giving you an hour window of when delivery will take place that day. In this instance an SMS text was sent to you at 8:17am giving the estimated delivery time for that day. Thanks.

Very poor customer service. I ordered my item for my nephew's birthday party and the item never arrived. No one responded to my voicemail, when I spoke to someone he was really unhelpful and told me that my item had not been despatched despite me receiving an email to confirm despatch. And one week later I am still waiting for my refund. Absolutely terrible. Would not buy from again.

This customer was very aggressive over the phone, shouted obscenities and made violent threats to members of our staff when they were informed that the item was not yet back in stock due to a delay with our supplier and would not arrive in time for a birthday event, which we were of course very sorry for and apologised to the customer. We were very helpful over the phone, called the customer back to inform them of the situation, and ended by apologising again and then immediately processed the refund after the call ended. The customer did not realise the refund had been processed earlier because they paid using their amazon account and so the refund would have been returned to them by amazon, not ourselves.

Item didn’t turn up and no response to emails sent chafing it up

Hi, you tried emailing us over the weekend, but as it states at the bottom of every page of our website, we are only open Monday to Friday, so can only respond to emails during weekdays. Regarding your order: it was returned to us by Royal Mail because they stated that the address didn't exist. After the order was returned to us we also tried searching for your address on Royal Mail's Address Finder and there was no address for the house number you gave us, meaning that the house number must have been incorrect or you typed the number incorrectly when placing the order. Obviously we would only become aware of this after a parcel is returned back to us due to non-delivery, and because of the large amount of orders we have to process, we are unable to confirm that every customer has typed their own address correctly before dispatching orders.

Really poor I’m afraid. The age 4-5 suit is so small more like 2-3 and the zip came off on first trying on so although very cheap, complete waste of money sorry to say!

Hi, You ordered plain vests, not printed ones. On the page you ordered from it states in the description that the item is a plain unprinted vest, with a link to our printed kids vests page, which is on a different product page and costs more as they include the cost for the printing. It also states above the text box on the checkout page that 'if' you have ordered printed vests you can type in your printing information. We don't check the order notes unless printed vests have been ordered. You could have contacted us to resolve this issue as soon as you received your order as we would have been happy to arrange printing for you.
