“I had made an error with the info on the card. I contacted them straight away to get it corrected which they said they would. But it arrived with wrong info. Sent 3 emails no response. Very unprofessional. My boy is gonna be gutted if they don't send a right version on Xmas day”
“Bought a Personalised FC24 GOLD Football Card × 1 for my sons birthday. The process was very straight forward and ordered without issue, and delivered on time. Thought this was great service. Unfortunately upon opening we discovered the item had been damaged at some point. I contacted via the provided email address to explain the situation and asked if possible for a replacement asap (hoping for it in time for said birthday). Unfortunately after a few days I was still waiting for a response. Tried to find more contact details; couldn’t and so emailed again, and repeated the process again a week later. Now 2 weeks and 3 emails later I’m still waiting. Very disappointed, and so is my 8 year old who wants to put his card up”
