“Terrible customer service basically I was happy to order without discount but on their website said they'll give me 15% discount and when I pressed on it it asked for my email and after that I didn't get any code or discount code. So I messaged the customer service team to help me and they said You have to wait 24 hours which is crazy but I waited 24 hours anyways even though I needed needles straight away after 24 hours and then receive no code or a discount code. So I went and ordered my needles. Anyways, I thought I'd still get a 15% off on my next order if I speak to the Customer service again. But now they're saying because you've ordered and you're not eligible for 15% terrible customer service. Why would you offer a discount and have a terrible system for it? They should have given me the discount as soon as they promised. Not within 24 hours. They should have just gave me a discount straight away so I won't be shopping here again only because of false promises.”
“Over 6 or 7 years I have enjoyed using this great little company. However, all the customer service received lateley would indicate a big change which has taken a trustworthy supplier to a nightmare to deal with. They suddenly have return policy that are less than the law states. When they sell mis labelled or faulty goods they will not refund if you opened the package. How would you know theres a problem without opening ? The sales assistants seems to enjoy the back and forth, and get very defensive when asked what their position is when you call up. Wont be using again. This market leader now has so much competition its probably not the best time to downgrade their customer service so dramatically.”
