“I sent them a rough Google Doc with random notes and honestly thought they’d reject it. Instead, they cleaned up the structure, added proper headings, and even caught duplicate pages I missed. The only thing that bugged me was the cover preview took longer than expected, but the final file uploaded perfectly to Amazon KDP.”

“Not gonna lie, I got nervous when the delivery date got pushed back by a few days without much explanation. But once they sent the revised audio files, I understood why — they had re-recorded sections with background noise issues. The final audio actually sounded polished.”
