“we decided to use king bounce alot for our wedding. it felt like a gamble because there wasn't many reviews, I couldn't find much online but they were drastically lower priced than local companies and whilst allowing us to have the equipment for longer. we were also concerned as they travel nationwide and wernt at all local... well the gamble paid of massively! they arrived early, the guy (so sorry I can't remember his name!) running the bucking bronco was super professional and friendly, he made sure everyone signed the form when using it (it can be quite dangerous! haha! ) he worked on the bronco from 3pm untill 9pm! maybe later I can't remember... and we even forgot to tell him to help himself to the wedding food! so sorry! the cost was fantastic, the bronco and the bouncy castle looked great, absolutely recommend this company!”
“A total waste of time and money!!!! they have no respect for you at all once they have your money. They left 3 very large old ground sheets behind, and used every trick in the book not to come and clear the rubbish they left behind. Emails are now being ignored by them after well over a month of them giving me the run around. I would like to have used them again, but how can you use a company who take your money and run without sorting out problems that they have created!!!!”
