They overcharged me by several hundred pounds for concrete and pumping. I called them and explained everything clearly, even sent an email with all the details and proof of overpayment. They told me they would sort it out — but they never refunded the money.
Instead, they charged my account twice (around £2,100 and £470) and then sent one combined invoice to make it look correct. That’s completely dishonest and unprofessional.
I always paid them on time and trusted them for years, but this time they took the money and ignored all communication. Be very careful — they don’t take responsibility and don’t treat loyal customers fairly.”
