“Hi there, I get this is anonymous so you probably can't see what product this related to. It was some lube, not a high value item. I would suggest allowing an option where the customer can select if an item is send by signed post or not. Now the item has been in the post office for over a week as due to my working hours I have not been able to pick it up as yet”

“Your service was very good and item received promptly. Unfortunately the item does not fit, if only the dimensions were mentioned in terms of cm, I would have not wasted my money. The mount diameter is smaller so it does not fit at all on the fleshlight. Very annoyed customer.”

Hi Angela, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. I'm delighted to hear that you liked the items purchased and I'm sorry about the delay in delivery, which was caused by the unballoted industrial action at your local Royal Mail delivery office in Crosby. The affected postcodes were L22, L23 and L29. Royal Mail has issued an apology for the recent disruption to service in your area. Further details can be found from this link below: http://bit.ly/1rtjuz6 We appreciate feedback about our service and products. If you have any further questions, please fee free to contact our Customer Care Team at support@kinkycherries.com. Kind regards George Customer Care Team
