“first off its 11/28 now, you sent me a notice that my product was on its way, I have yet to receive the product but you sent me a notice for a review. I had previously sent you 3 messages using your contact us not one word from you. And I have never heard of shipping costing you 19.97, the product was free the shipping was 19.97 there for I will never come back as long as your shipping is so much.”
