“We went with this company because of their cheap pricing. But it all turned to custard when one of their cupboard door panels looked like a returned reject from another customer. We tried to resolve this with no success. Ultimately our builder had to make it himself to complete the job. Eventually (almost one month later - which was too late) they said they couldn't refund, but they would offer an exchange. (you have to be joking right? No refund for a damaged unusable product! Bet that isn't acceptable under the Consumer Guarantees Act!)
So unfortunately we wouldn't be recommending this company. One small issue not handled effectively resulted in a very negative view of this company which has negated all other positive aspects.”
