“A total scam. They cancelled our flight tickets and do not want to reimburse them. We paid USD 1436 for them. We had to pay new flight tickets for USD 1700.
They say that we cancelled them voluntarily!!! Unbelievable. They didn´t allow one of the other passengers to speak to a supervisor in Spanish. Even if the Spanish flag appears on the website and a telephone number in Spain, she couldn't speak to a supervisor. She asked for a claim number and was also denied. You might get a low-price ticket, but you are doomed for any help from this site for genuine reasons on travel disruptions. I have a situation where my flight ticket is with ANA and Japan placed restrictions/ban on travel via their international airports. ANA is allowing to cancel reservations with no penalty. But Kiwi.com is not ready to cancel the ticket without penalty. I talked to ANA and they said they could do the cancellation with no penalty if Kiwi.com initiate the cancel. When I contacted Kiwi.com ( !!! Only method of contact is through emails!!! ) they notified me that they would not do it.
Do not use this site for travel reservations, you will not get our your money for genuine cases of travel disruptions.”
