“There was a small delivery hiccup with my order (not Klint’s fault), and although there was a delay in response after I first got in touch, their customer service was absolutely brilliant. Once I followed up, they replied immediately, refunded the delivery costs straight away, and even offered a discount for a future order. Things don’t always go perfectly, but how they handled it really stood out. I’d happily order again.”
