“Our recent trip from Norwich to Brussels via Amsterdam was comfortable and enjoyable. Firstly, the customer service staff were very cooperative and freindly, who rescheduled our ticket with no extra cost. During the check-in and on board, the staff were very courteous, helpful and freindly, which made us to feel homely, especially with respect to mobility assistance. Our special and heartfelt appreciation and gratitude towards all the staff involved in the mobility assistance service at Norwich, Amsterdam and Brussels Airports. We cannot thank you all enough, but we wish you all well with all the success. All in all our trip was really an enjoyable one due to the kind friendly help and support from KLM and airports (Norwich, Amsterdam and Brussels)staff. We look forward to flying with KLM in the future too. Once again thank you KLM for the excellent friendly service. Have a wonderful weekend.”

“I had to change my flight and was unable to do it online. The person on the phone waived the phone charge fee for the change and was very helpful in informing me of my options. The call took ten minutes and my flight change was swiftly dealt with. Great customer service!”
