Very Disappointed
Although the period underwear do work they had flaws in the stitching, but we also bought a swimsuit. The swimsuit had pieces of something between the layers that made you look like you had growths. Knix customer service offered a partial credit towards purchasing another item. We now have a swimsuit we won’t wear because people literally stare because of the bumps between the layers. The items we purchased had several flaws and their customer service people offer no exchange, only that they will give a partial credit towards another product. If you purchase something flawed, used your partial credit towards another item that is also flawed, why would anyone purchase yet another flawed product?! We have moved to a different company that actually backs their product with exchanges if flawed.

I bought panties from Knix (for $250 in total!!) and 2 of them are already in a deplorable state (see photos attached)... The edges are peeling off, they're stretching completely, despite the fact that I always wash them carefully, in the net included when ordering... I'm very surprised, because given the price of the panties, I was hoping they'd last me longer... I've already tried to repair one as best I could (see photo) by sewing the edge back on... but it's still stretching wildly. I have panties that I've been wearing regularly for 5 years that don't show as much wear... And yet I bought them for way less money! What's bothering me is that I've also bought other knickers from you after those pairs, and they will unfortunately suffer the same fate...

I've been purchasing Knix for a while now.i truly love them But 90% of them, after a few washes, come apart. They are not sewn. They are glued, and the sides of the panties get unglued. I have about 12 of them like that now. It started with 3 pieces and now all of them are coming unfounded unglued. They are not cheap, but they will not last long. I’ve purchased underwear from Target at $5 each, and they lasted me longer than the $38 a piece. If they were to sew in the underwear, I would continue buying them because I love them, but I can’t purchase disposable underwear for almost $40 a piece. It’s just not good. It's as if I'm throwing money away. I never ordered a bra and I am now afraid of having the same problem. A very cheap way of making them but not a durable one.

100% on the underwear - they're excellent - fit well, wear well, wash well. I'm 50/50 on the Knix bras. The wing woman stretches out so much, that it's too big on it's tightest clip after 6 months. The Revolution pills on the side that touches skin - for the price and how quickly this happens (5 months) I am left underwhelmed. I wrote customer service about it and they offered me a 10% discount and advised on proper laundering - I found this quite offensive after I advised in my original email exactly how I launder my Knix wear (washing on their own, in the bags provided + lay flat to dry.) Knix reply: "To remove this we’d recommend using a device such as a pill shaver! For future prevention I'd also recommend washing your bras with like fabrics.". It's a problem with the material - not my technique Knix! For this alone, I am out searching again for a comfortable bra. I don't mind paying for comfort - but that price should also include a bra that last more than 6 months, one that I feel good in - having a bally, shotty looking bra is not conducive to feeling good in your underwear.

I really love the comfort of knowing I will not leak if I should sneeze or laugh.

Finally there is an amazing company that sells the most comfortable bras and celebrates women of all sizes. I see some reviews that claim the bras feel tight, but all of them come with a disclaimer that you have to wear a bra at least a few time for it to adjust / conform to your body shape... and it's true! I couldn't be happier and I buy a new color every month.

While they are decent from a leakproof standpoint, they stretch out very easily and mine fell apart too. When I contacted customer service they basically blamed the way I washed and dried them but come on, make a better product…my other underwear aren’t unraveling. For the price point I expect better…from a customer service standpoint and product reliability. They thought they were being nice offering me 15% off but replacing them would have been better.

The bra strap broke off while wearing it during 4th wear. The second strap was on its way to breaking also - it literally raveled on the back by the elastic and clasp. Disappointed - waste of my money.

I got a new pair of underwear, followed the washing instructions, laid flat to dry, and then the colour ran through. They now look like a dirty pair of panties, and given they were not cheap, I'm disappointed. What I'm really not happy with is I've tried several emails and keep getting "I can't see a defect" from the customer service. Lesson learned. If anybody has a recommendation for a better company, I'd be glad to hear about it.

Wore once and the leg elastic started unraveling on washing. Washed on delicate setting and dried on low. No excuse for this shoddy workmanship. Returning looks to cost shipping. Buyer beware!8

They lie! They use chemicals in their underwear! I had a reaction similar feeling to a UTI after wearing them for 2 days. Stopped wearing them, symptoms went away. Tried again a week later, same symptoms returned. As soon as I confirmed it was the underwear I emailed Knix to tell them and ask exactly what is in them so I knew what I was reacting to. They still claimed they don’t use any chemical os PFAS’s and they do use seaweed fiber. and immediately refunded me in full. Don’t waste your time, its too good to be true sadly!

Im not understanding how your underware sizing is so very inconsistent! I have styles in xs and in medium! When I re order xs they are at least 1” smaller than the previous pairs. I understand they have five etc but they are not at all the same as my previous order. I am replacing several pairs as the seams have rippled over time. I wash in cold, in a bag and hang to dry. Very confused

The panties are nice but the bras stretched out too quickly. I still wear them but the lower band looks ridiculous.

So I've been wearing knix for years and used to really love their products, but unfortunately the quality has decreased and I will no longer be purchasing their products. They do feel tight at first which loosens with wear, but the real issue I have with knix underwear is that after 6 months or so the seams have come off - and not just on a few pairs, but on ALL of my knix underwear. It appears the seam is glued on and once it's off they tend to roll, making them no longer seamless (unless you are always checking them & adjusting). They are cheaply made in china and bunch up the crack after they loosen. For the price point I would expect a higher quality product. Also, they are not 100% or even 90% cotton. Wearing good quality cotton has more breathability and is much better for keeping your lady bits balanced and healthy.

Bought the Essential Cheeky Underwear. According to their size chart "Large" is my size, and it's also the same size that I use for seamless underwear from other brands, like Uniqlo, H&M and more, so that's what I ordered. The underwear is EXTREMELY small. I'd need to order AT LEAST two sizes up to be able to wear it comfortably. They don't accept returns or exchanges for the item, so I'm stuck with (expensive) underwear that I'm never going to use unless I lose 10 kilos. The whole point of buying seamless underwear is that it's comfortable and that it doesn't show when wearing clothes. Knix seamless underwear fulfills neither. Very disappointed and a big waste of money, as I ordered the correct size according to their size chart. They should at least offer exchange since their own size chart is not reliable. Never again.

I was so excited for the papaya leggings (black shiny) but after only a few wears the material has started peeling in the leg. I contacted customer service and they were great (as usual) but I can’t replace my leggings because they are now out of stock. I feel sick I spent so much and now I still don’t have the shiny leggings I had always wanted

I recently purchased quite a few of their leakproof styles ranging from moderate to super absorbency but their website did not have an option to leave a review. Please do your research before purchasing these whether it be for primary or back up protection. These do not work as advertised. The super absorbency style does an okay job at absorbing but the gusset is super thick and feels like I’m wearing a pad. The medium absorbency style which claims to hold 3 tampons worth is pretty much useless. There is zero absorbency in the gusset and I found myself leaking in less than an hour on my light day. There are no returns or refunds which is poor business decision on their part. I truly believe that if these are advertised as period underwear but cannot perform as such the buyer should be allowed a partial refund. (Modibodi allows one refund for each new customer.) Plus items that have not been opened should be allowed a refund. Especially since these are not cheap but costing $20-$30 a pair. I will not be purchasing from Knix again and I also don’t recommend to friends or family.

Bought the thigh saver underwear $38 in 2019. Only wore about 10 times. Seam separated. They are not sewn but heat or glue bonded. Waste of money.

I purchased the zip front Catalyst sports bra. I have bought so damn many & wonder what designers are thinking! I couldn't find decent support, or it was too much - pushing the girls up to my chin, & still quite sha-boingy. I resorted to 2 or 3 bra's at times. So, I rolled the dice & put this badboy on the credit card. So much YAY! I adjusted it slightly from how it came out of package (hooks & straps at back) & I haven't taken it off yet, lol! I have yet to hit my workout today but did do some bouncing around ..super pleased. I am a 34D & bought size 4, as recommended.

After reading about free bleeding, I wanted to stop wearing pads and tampons all together. I bought one pair of the SUPER absorbency leakproof panties to try because they are a little pricey and I loved them so much that I bought 4 more pairs. The panty itself is thin and spandex. It feels like lulu lemons. They are so comfortable. The pad inside has never once caused me a leak and I am a very heavy bleeder. I wear the panties while I work (sitting/standing) at the computer and while I go for walks through out the day. What I love most about these is that they don’t chafe down there like pads do when I walk. If there is any downside at all, I’d say it’s that the pad doesn’t extend all the way up the back of the panty so it’s not suitable for an overnight option.

I was super excited to try these out because i have been having incontinence issues for years now. I am very sad that I have to give the product 1 star. When they arrived the material is much thinner than I expected them to be almost like a bathing suit. When they arrived I happened to also have my period so i was even more excited. I decided to go the route of no other products with them to see how I liked them. Unfortunately the blood leaked through the underwear and caused it to seep into my jeans as well staining them with blood. Thank god I was at home otherwise that would havw been quite embarrassing. Another issue I had was if you do cough or free flow into the underwear they do not keep you dry down there. Its constantly wet and just feels uncomfortable. I also feel that the crouch of the underwear could be made better to be more absorbent as well as stretch it out longer to give more protection and coverage and for more confidence. Thanks for making this product but after having the same issues with all 6 pairs I wont be using them ever again.

Upon opening my package there was a strong chemical odour on the underwear. The bra also had an odour but it was not as putrid. The fit chart I used was completely off. The underwear is two sizes too small and the bra is at least one size too small. I was on the cusp of the size chart so I sized up thinking it would be a generous fit. I'm not at all happy with my purchase and I will not buy this brand again.

I was just given Knix underwear for my only birthday gift this year. They fit atrociously. I’m underweight and have no ass, yet they dig WAY into my ass cheeks and make me look terrible. I’m heartbroken and highly recommend NOT to buy them.

I wash my Knix underwear in cold water with mild detergent and I always air dry them. Soon after purchasing they started stretching out. After about a year the seams started delaminating (peeling off). Now I have a drawer full of expensive underwear that is falling apart.

These underwear are convenient to wear and a great back up for heavier days. They are relatively comfy and for the most part, do the job. Unfortunately the quality is not there- I have 2 pairs that are about 6 months old and the seam is coming undone (see pictures) in both pairs. I have followed all the instructions for care and the underwear have stretched out SO MUCH. Still, I must of liked them enough to buy more, because I did. The experience in the store was not good...I stood at the till for quite a while before the two cashiers that were casually chatting checked me out. It was awkward and I didn't leave with a good feeling. I now own 5 pairs of knix underwear- and well they aren't the worst, they certainly aren't the best either. I won't be buying another pair of these- there is other brands that use cotton and seem to be the same price point This lyrca/polester blend is cheap and coming apart. My advice to others- look at other brands around a similar price point and different materials.
