“Very comfortable but the band size was way too loose and to compensate I had to tighten the straps all the way. It does not give much support at all. I will be buying a smaller size to see if that helps.”
“I wasn't sure what size to order. I measured using a tape measure as the website suggested. It showed I was a 3X. I normally wear an XL. So I ordered 2X just to be safe. When the undies finally arrived I was excited. To my dissapointment they were all one size too big. I contacted the company and they said they do not do refunds or exchanges. They have me a coupon to use on a future order. So now I have 4 pairs of undies I will have to donate? Very dissapointed. I guess that's what I get for not reading the fine print.”

Had an address error, contacted customer service before even receiving the confirmation email, they told me even at that point it was too late because it was already “out for delivery”. Then got another email a week later saying my package had left the warehouse and was actually starting the process of delivery at that point. Hard to believe no one could correct the error like they said they would try to in that weeks time.”
