No contact, no refund, Knotty just literally stole my money.”
“I placed an order during the big Black Friday sale on 11/18. I received a shipping notification the next day. A few days later I received a notification that my selected items were sold out & I needed to pick alternate items. After much back in forth with more selections unavailable, I finally received notification that everything picked was available. That was over a week ago & I have yet to receive my order or an updated shipping notification that it is on its way. Additionally, according to this review request, the order is still NOT CORRECT!!! I understand that it is a busy season but still very disappointing experience.”

I cant take them back and i cant wear them. I spent $26 on panties i cant wear and cant gift because no one i know wears thongs like i do. Very disappointed because the prints are super cute and finding prints on thongs is hard.”
“They did not honor the buy 1 get 2 free. When I contacted them, I got three different stories that always ended with them wanting me to order more for my “free pairs”. When I said I just wanted to return them for a refund since they did not honor the sale, I never heard back from them. Don’t fall for this!”
