I have had the panty subscription for over a year and had to throw away a couple due to wear and tear, and one pair was actually super uncomfortable and not stretchy at all.”

“Sizes run big. I ordered according to the size guide, got an XXL, definitely should have just ordered an XL. Tried on, fit well. Wore a pair, maybe 3hrs later, they were too loose. Had to roll the waistband down to get them to somewhat fit.

“The fabric of these products are very soft but I am disappointed with the style I ordered. The style was called bikini but they must be "high wasted bikini" because they come up over my belly button. They are great if I roll the waist down 3x. For the price I am disappointed in the fit.”

After I made my purchase, an automated offer populated and I thought I clicked decline, but accidently clicked yes. There was no confirm purchase option, was automatically purchased with one click, and the item was $50. There was no way to modify or cancel my order at all. I emailed cusomter service immediately and they said it was automated and they also couldn't cancel or modify the order either. They responded about 12 hours after my email. I also could not return the items after they arrived because they were undergarments, which I understand but also - how is there no way to modify my order? Customer service was no help and did not reply to my last email. I am extremely disappointed in how this was handled and will now reconsider any future purchases.”
