I was given the mobile number to call of an ex employee when I contacted one of the stores to assist- very embarassing A refund was made for the delivery.

Delivery never turned up and customer support could have genuinely been more empathetic especially for a first-time customer. Luckily were prompt to refund.

Chocolate were absolutely beautiful. Delivery let them down, paid $25 for same day delivery and it was delivered the next day. It was our 30 anniversary. Wouldn’t even give me a refund. Also did not get the advent calendar

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. After waiting 3 weeks for my order I never received it and all I got was refund and a 10% discount off my next order. Wasn’t offered anything for my inconvenience.

When I tried to re-order what was still left in stock, you couldn't guarantee delivery the following week, so provided refund only.

Express post took 14 days to arrive. Chocolates slightly damaged in transit and possibly from heat. I sent photograph to Koko Black showing damaged goods, and within minutes had full refund, no discussion. Could not get better after sale service. Thank you so much. Will still buy from Koko Black but probably NOT online which is a shame as I live 5 hours from the nearest shop.

I was very unimpressed with your delivery service, after receiving several texts over several days advising my package was on the way, it never came & no reason given. Thankfully you have good customer support & a refund was issued. Pity about the inconvenience this caused- very disappointing.
