“ Great chocolates but I ordered this as a birthday gift for my mum and she received someone else’s order. Therefore she did not receive the personalised box and card I paid for. I contacted customer service on this and 4 days later I received a reply with an apology and the “attachment” of a PDF of my personalised designs but there was nothing attached, I replied saying this but 2 weeks later still haven’t heard back or received the PDFs ”

The box arrived damaged. Curt response from customer service when I contacted to find out when shipment would arrive - they took four days to dispatch.. Allow 2 weeks plus for delivery. On a positive note the chocolates are fantastic! ”
