“I love how much effort Kotomi puts into their products and care. I ordered the Verve Black Series but with the bike shorts instead of the leggings (I have way too many full length leggings at home so it's nice to own shorter length ones). The material feels really good and it's comfortable and breathable. Thanks so much for the mini Tim Tams too btw because I definitely needed that treat! ? I loved how the leggings don't roll off when doing certain exercises. That was one of the big yays for me. Overall, I highly recommend and can't wait to purchase more from their Active Series. ?”

“I ordered 3 swimwear pieces from Kotomi Swim and had a great customer experience. I emailed support ahead of time with my measurements and they provide size recommendations within the same day. The items arrived from Australia within a week to California. My swimsuits are great quality, the correct size and super unique! I’m so glad that I contacted customer before I ordered for sizing questions because the sizing is a little different from what I’d typically order. I didn’t need to return anything from my order.”

“I am in LOVE with the swimsuit I bought. The delivery process was super easy and dependable. I'm living in South Korea at the moment so I was a little nervous about shipping and all but my swimsuit arrived safely and in great condition. The packaging is so cute and thoughtful, I really loved the Kotomi bag they placed my swimsuit in. The sizing fits true to size so it perfectly fits the way I thought it would :)”

“I just got the Livia top in the retro floral smocked and the Rochelle bottoms in the same print and OH MY GOSH THEY FOR PERFECTLY! I got a small top (I’m a 32B) for reference and I got an XS bottom (I’m a size 26 or 0-2 American sizing) for reference and I’m 5’3” about 120 lbs! I’m so excited to wear this, this summer definitely recommending to all my friends!”

“Such a unique style!! Fits perfectly and is true to size. Ordered a size large, I am a 34DD and 12 pants size both top and bottom have really good stretch. I am hippy and most buttons I have to pop a seam or two to get into but this I had no problem sliding it on. The suit is true to size and same color as pictured! Can’t wait to wear my bikini to the beach.”

“I received my kotomi swim today! I’ve ordered before and I love it! But I was a little disappointed that the swim suit didn’t come in a cloth bag like it did the first time☹️instead it came in plastic. But over all I still love my swim suit, I went up in size this time to a medium. The medium is a bit to big but the small is a little to small, wish there was an in between?”

“The suit I ordered was far too large, took a very long time to arrive (granted I live in the U.S.), and now I cannot return it for a refund to my card... They will only give store credit, without insurance or shipping costs. I have contacted Kotomi 2 days ago about my concerns and the site said they would get back to me in 24 hours. I am disappointed in the customer service!”

“I have been looking for a high quality, in-style bathing suit and Kotomi delivered! The entire process was seamless, and I received my suit promptly. Alongside, a small Vegemite sample in true Australian style! You can feel the quality of the material, closures, and sewing. In addition, the company delivers in an environmentally friendly bag which is very important to me.”

“Return policy is store credit only which would be fine except this company does not offer any type of free returns or exchange policy. It would have costed me more than what I paid for the product to ship it back in order to get a different size or product. Very inconvenient.”
