I have contacted via message and called and spoke with someone just today who assured I would hear by this afternoon 'at the latest.' Did i hear? No, I did not.
I have ordered from kplace before but will not again.

Update: Kplace DID reach out and issued refund in full. Thank you. The initial conversation where the person answering phone wondered if I might need a video of unboxing in order for refund was kinda.......cause it just implied something not true.
Turns out it was a vendor issue so that made getting refund a non Issue.
That being said, maybe i'll just stick to buying records when im in south korea, which is pretty frequent.
